I found the course and content very attractive and easy to understand, unfortunately customer service has not answered yet to any of the 3 times trying to contacting them. I asked on 12.06.21 for the slides downloading which is not working and for some resources where I can see where they took he information from. Today 20.06 I am sending again the questions. Hope I can get an answer soon.

Very easy to navigate course with a lot of great content.

A well put together course, really liked the downloadable forms/charts/spreadsheets for future modification/use in projects. Ability to look at toggle between script and menu a plus.

I enjoyed format and liked how it was laid out. I have years of experience and have used many of the tools in past work/projects. But being able to see the systematic nature of how it all ties together and the "why" it should be implemented at X step and not at Y or without doing Z first is extremely valuable and should hopefully minimize or eliminate the hiccups in projects!

The Lean Six Sigma Leader training was fantastic in so many levels. First, my experience was very positive, overall very engaging and extremely beneficial therefore it exceeded my needs. Second, the knowledge of so many complex sets of concepts was so skillfully delivered that I enjoy going back to it to reference the key take-aways as I progress in my maturity of Operational Excellence. Last, the structure of the course made navigating and virtual learning so much more fun that I may just rate it higher than in-person learning. Overall, kudos to both Tracy O'Rourke and Elisabeth Swan for welcoming me so warmly in their circle of students.

I tend to absorb more in a traditional classroom setting, but the material was well organized and I appreciated the practical application of tools to the Bahama Bistro project example. Nothing can take the place of an in-person coach or mentor, but the coaching sessions still provided a lot of value and helped me think through the approach to my project.
I was notified that I'd received my certification through an email to complete a survey -- this was a bit anticlimactic. It would have been nice to have been notified by my coach with a more personalized message.

Great instruction would like a continuous refresher course in the future, very much needed process in business development.

I for the most part enjoyed the courses and will apply it to my current career. It is a great tool to have learned!

Excellent course. I was able to easily fit it into my workday. I liked the sidebar with everything that was being said, typed out and readable. I learn quicker from reading than listening. Both tied together was great.

Great information and will be useful, but a little too long of a training course considering it's being squeezed into the already busy work week.

Great course and very well structured. It is a definite program to augment your portfolio. Highly recommend this course anyone looking to step up there game in Lean processes.

1/5 for continuous marketing emails even after unsubscribing. Have unsubscribed 3 times from list but end up getting emails from another name@. Borderline harassment.
In terms of the content though, is great. a good free resource

The information is excellent. The website and portal are ugly and cluttered. Trying to cancel your membership before it auto-renews is borderline impossible. Very disappointed.

Training and examples were intuitive and easy to comprehend. Loved that the certification training and exams were sectioned into phases which allowed me the flexibility to finish the exam around my schedule.

Great format for learning! I really enjoy being able to learn at my own pace. The examples used really do help clarify what is being taught. It is also wonderful that you can go back and review the material at any time. Looking forward to the next certification!

The course was packed with information and it was a great learning experience.

Great training experience & very much applicable to my organisation.

It was a really great experience, but I think the quizzes could've been a little more challenging. Overall I really liked the delivery and content and will revisit for a refresher.
