Roger is very knowledgeable about Powakaddy products and provided great advice on which electric trolley and accessories to buy. He is very responsive to queries and sourced exactly what I wanted very quickly. He is also helping me to sell my old trolley.

Outstanding service, Oxted is a bit of a special place, but to have our own Powakaddy expert is brilliant. Friendly professional service, identified the issue very quickly, so confident with diagnostics it was not necessary to leave item at the venue.

Completely jammed on wheel on my Motocaddy trolley. Roger was quick to reply to messages and had it fixed and functional in days. He also ground down the axel a little to smooth it out as (probably) some grit had worn it down unevenly causing the wheel jam. Great work, really pleased with the result. The price charged was very reasonable - IMHO you are undercharging. Very grateful for the speed, care and knowledge.

Dropped trolly off on Monday collected Friday . All damaged parts replaced . Fantastic service . Would recommend this service. Very helpful explaining what was needed to be replaced and all under warranty. So no charge .
