A fantastic Friday–Sunday golf weekend, two rounds and an amazing stay.

The hotel was superb: comfortable rooms, great service, and the perfect place to relax after a day on the course. The golf itself was truly out of this world immaculate fairways, pure greens, and stunning views on just about every hole. A challenging but thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Booking through Golfscape made everything incredibly easy. Tee times were confirmed quickly, communication was clear, and the whole trip felt completely hassle-free.

An outstanding weekend all round, already planning the next one.

I made a booking for a 4 ball in Portugal - turned up to the course and despite showing them a booking confirmation number they had no evidence of the booking from Golfscape.
It was embarrassing as I was entertaining guests.
I had to find another nearby course and pay again and hoping I will receive a refund

We arranged two golf rounds for 5 of us in Portugal. The attention and responsiveness on the booking and during the process was great. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the booking of one of the rounds and we had to pay a large additional amount on the day if we wanted to play. There was no one to talk to then and the golf club tried to contact golfscape without success. On my return to the UK I asked to be refunded the amount we paid, the team dealt with the problem and repaid the funds.

I was having a bit of trouble modifying a reservation online. Joe and his team assisted me in completing the changes and contacted the golf course to check on availability for a rider. Everything was taken care of promptly and courteously.

Spotty communication and misinformation. No communication between golfscape and the hotel, who had no idea about any of the procedures. Was told transportation was included, but the hotel made me pay, then was ghosted by golfscape when I complained. Would not use again.

We had to change our plans twice due to unforeseeable circumstances. On both occasions, Angel was absolutely understanding and supportive, helping us to move forward our tee time to the following week despite our missing the 48 hour window. Our requests were answered promptly and professionally. Thank you again Angel for your excellent help and support.

Angel was fantastic. I had booked a day for my partner as a present having made the error of not being up to date with his calendar.

Angel from the concierge team coordinated everything with the golf course to accommodate rescheduling. Excellent communication throughout and really saved the day. Will definitely continue to use Golf escape thanks to this great experience.

Easy booking experience for a prestigious club.

My reservation was canceled due to overbooking at the golf course. I did not request a refund until two months later because of an overseas business trip. I was a bit skeptical I would receive my refund after such a delay. Joe, the concierge at Golfscape, who oversaw the refund process, handled my refund request professionally without a complicated explanation. Thanks to Joe, I received a full refund.

Booked 2 nights at Laguna Lang Co at the Angsana Resort in an Oceanview King Room with a game of golf for our wedding anniversary. The stay was the best of our Vietnam golfing trip. Beautiful resort with, lovely rooms, amazing pool and great food. Fabulous golf course too.
Highly recommend.

The representive Joe help me sort out and book my golf stay and play package promptly and kept me informed along the way.

I used the service for the first time during my last trip to La Romana. I booked Tee Times to play 2 extraordinary courses (Punta Espada and Corales). It was a breeze to reserve the Tee Times (4 players). Angel was always ready to assist me in any way he could. We had a problem the night before playing Corales, and one of the players could not assist. I consulted with Angel if he could process a reimbursement even if the cancellation policy required 24 hours prior. Angel with the best of actitudes made it happen. Thank you Angel! I’ll use your services again!

Do not use this company. They are scammers. I booked for 8 people to play in two flights at a golf club in Vietnam. They sent me confirmations after I paid. Two days later they unilaterally canceled one of my two flights and refused to give me refunds.
Update: they refunded my money but only after I threatened to sue them. You should decide if you want to deal with a company like this.

I am SO pleased with my experience with golfscape. I had a very unfortunate event happen where my flight was moved last minute and due to this I wasn’t going to make my tee time. I was well aware of the cancellation policy as I booked well in advance. Golfscape made a change for me allowing me to play one of the most beautiful courses in all of Abu Dhabi while I was traveling here. The experience was so pleasant for me and I am very appreciative of Golfscape for making this change for me!!
