Completely useless. The base of the holder rotates with the slightest gust, leaving me wet and with a broken umbrella. Under the recommendation of Powakaddy support, I tightened the screws and the isssue persists (there is a joint, that is like a ball joint). The trolleys are great. The umbrella holder is an utter disaster. Unfortunately, I rely on an umbrella holder, so the trolley is likely to be dumped along with the umberlla holder. Not great for a trolley that cost close to £1,000. A very, very expensive mistake. I am currently discussing the matter with PK support, will update this review if the situation improved.
