Do NOT use Load up!! I scheduled junk removal 1-month in advance in Wisconsin and no one showed up to remove my items! I received a text 4 hours after the scheduled arrival time saying no crew was available. I rescheduled for 2 days later. Again, no one showed! I cancelled my order after their failures to complete the service and was refunded 50% of my entire service fee!! Buyer beware!! They guys are horrible and a scam!!!

Had a great experience with LoadUp Junk Removal. The guys were friendly and easy to work with. They had a large trampoline disassembled and loaded in their truck in no time! I would definitely use them again in the future.

LoadUp committed to arrive between 8a and noon on our arranged day. At 11:30 a.m., I called to ask if they were still coming because I'd heard nothing. No. They couldn't get a driver in the scheduled window ... and no one told me. I stayed home from work for this pickup! I cancelled an important meeting as a result. I asked for a discount: they could give me $15 off. Wow.

Rescheduling is understandable. No communication (I had to call them!) is not. This is poor customer service.

They came the next day to pick up my Furniture and were super nice, courteous and very efficient. They had everything out in no time at a very reasonable price. The whole process was a great experience and I can only highly recommend them to everyone! I will definitely use them again for my future needs. Thank you so much!! *****

I made a last-minute request for help with a kitchen project. YOu were very accommodating and scheduled me quickly, communicating the whole time. Driver Elias was so helpful in this unusual request, and we finished quickly! I hated to pay so much for a small job, but I understand the challenges of mountain living, and will use goloadup again!

The person who picked up my stuff was nice and wouldn't let me touch a thing to help. I was a little surprised that he was in his personal pickup truck and not a branded box truck. We had a bed and couch that needed to be hauled away and LoadUp was the least expensive by far. They were able to come even earlier than we thought which worked out wonderful for us. Communication between us and the company was fantastic. Smooth experience and a huge help to us. Great company to work with and would highly recommend!

I text the company we talked about how everything was going to work out. I gave them the amount of removal that I needed they gave me a date and a price I paid for it they were there very promptly very courteous and very efficient. They were in done and gone very quickly. Very courteous, professional easy to work with. The only hic-up was having to reschedule 2 times. Just need to have a better network for all your city’s you offer service in. That being said the couple that came to pick up our things were soooo sweet! Worked quickly & professionally & I enjoyed our interaction. I would definitely use them again.
