At first was fine and now it's been over 24 hours cannot get my money out ,scam!!

Ok so golora answered my trust pilot to say oh no your redemption didn’t come we pay fast I looked into my account all records of my redemption are gone and my profile name is blank everything is verified wtf is this gogogold all over again or Togo one of the worst sites ever

Absolute scam casino. I spent over $380 on this website, and after I tried to redeem my winnings, they sent me a message stating, “your redemption was cancelled cause of your fraud” Those were their exact words, not even grammatically correct, and they provided no actual explanation or proof.

What makes it even worse is they did not return the redeemed funds back to my account. They simply kept the money altogether. After contacting support about the issue, they blocked me from speaking to support through my account and eventually banned me completely.

Thankfully, after explaining the situation to my bank and providing evidence, they reviewed the case and refunded my money.
