Well, I was a little sceptical about how I could get a custom made sofa delivered in 10 days at a more than reasonable price, but lo and behold that’s exactly what happened! A fabulous quality sofa, made to measure.
Had a slight challenge with delivery (van breakdown) but communication was second to none and the delivery was rescheduled to the following day.
Customer service has been fabulous all the way through! Highly recommended!

Sent a message on a Sunday evening (12 days ago) and received a reply 20 minutes later. Adam was polite and very helpful. Talked about the sofa I was looking for. Paid the deposit and he said I should receive a call in 2 weeks to make arrangements for delivery. Was really worried about quality or even being scammed. Got the call yesterday and the sofa was delivered today at 3pm. I’m so happy. Quality is great and guys from delivery super helpful. Really pleased with the sofa. Actually better than expected.

Received my corner sofa bed yesterday, quality and size is amazing.Delivery men were fab. Really happy. Customer service fantastic with communication. Glad I didn't let some of the reviews put me off

I am so pleased with my cozy modular sofa received on Saturday.
Initially I wasn’t happy as there were a few adjustments required but the customer care has been amazing and they were happy to accommodate in the changes with no problems at all.
They were extremely fair and helpful in making sure I was happy with my purchase.
Overall I’m impressed with the quality and comfort of my new sofa and would be happy to recommend Go Lounge to others.

I normally don’t buy online but after many days search I came across go lounge, read reviews and decided to go for it, had my cloud 3 seater corner sofa delivered with in a week and the quality is perfect. The cream colour and the material is just next level.

If I am honest I really didn’t know what to expect when ordering this sofa in regards to quality and also comfort. Thankfully it arrived and we were very impressed! We went for the bishop u shaped and I had to have it made slightly smaller than the standard size which was no issue. I also asked for a footstall to fill the middle so we could make it into a cinema sofa as a when we wanted. This was no issue at all. I got a call to ask how I wanted the footstall to be made as they are generally square so there would be a gap as the bishop u curves slightly. I asked if they could make one to fit exact and I was happy to pay extra and the manufacturers confirmed this was possible so that was what I went for and it came and was perfect. The delivery was 3 weeks so a week over what it should but that was fine given the backwards and forwards sorting the footstall. My only criticism would be the back seats clip together but the two u bits just butt up without a clip so they do move around. It would have been good if they also clipped just so they stayed in place. Also the cushions which came with the sofa were a bit basic and firm but to be honest we went for the full back and I didn’t know it came with any so I have just used ones I had purchased from a different shop 😊.
But quality and service were great!

We ordered a sofa in got told a delivery date the date was changed twice more. When they turned up to deliver our sofa it was one man in a pair of flip flops. He damaged our new flooring dragging it along it was 300 pound to get fixed in go lounge ignored all my texts afterwards. Weve used m sofas in past and there a better company in our opinion

They went above and Beyond to ensure we were happy with our order. Our sofa is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Communication was excellent and they also sent a sample to us. After looking online for a new sofa I come across go lounge. The Sloane 4 seater jumped out at me but I didn’t want to jump
In buy without seeing it in person so I drove to Blackburn from Liverpool after chatting with the owner of the warehouse who welcomed me to look around . Well to say I was blown away is an understatement at the quality of the sofa so I bought 2 x 4 seater Sloane sofas in beige they even made it 20cm longer for free for me that’s how good these guys are . From start to finish 2 weeks to make and deliver everything on time regular updates via wattsapp nothing but professionals right through the process no questions where to much trouble fast replies all the time . The sofa has just been delivered OMG it is absolutely huge super comfy and the price is madness don’t know how they can make sofas at this low price for the quality is unbelievable! We were looking at one very similar in sofa club which was £3200 this Sloane is as good if not better for under half the price. Trust me when I tell you that Go lounge are superior sofa makers don’t hesitate to buy from this wonderful company you won’t be disappointed. Me and my mrs are over the moon with ours ! Ordered sofa with lots of excitement. Company was very good, answering questions. Sending samples. Nothing was to much trouble.
Decided that this is definitely the company for us. Ordered the sofa. Was told we would recieve a delivery date 48hours before. Then didnt hear anything, out of the blue one evening had a message that sofa was being delivered next morning between 9 and 12. So much for a few days notice.
Arranged for someone to be at home. 10mins to 12 and haven't heard anything. Phoned the company, apparently the delivery van broke down. (Surely if the van broke down the company or delivery driver would phone!) So wouldnt be coming. Now its just been days and days of chasing. Keep getting told they will get back to us, never do.. its nothing to do with them its the delivery company.
We have to chase them and then its the same for of story. Beginning to think we have been caught by a scam.
Do not use, if you want a sofa

We found GoLounge from a recommendation spoke with their team and a size we needed to fit into our new build, we had some swatch samples sent out and wow the sofa and footstool is incredible, really happy with everything and how great the team were at GoLounge, everyone compliments the sofa and we would be buying from again.

The communication from Go Lounge was excellent. They could not have been more helpful. They answered all my questions and adapted the size of the sofa to my specifications. They adjusted my delivery time to when I would be home. The sofa is perfect we could not be happier. Would highly recommend Go Lounge. 🙂

Gorgeous sofa and stool, it is much nicer in person and well made. Only downfall is I would have preferred more thicker seat cushions but still quite comfortable as the inside of the cushions are filled with duck feathers so it’s not a spongy seat and I’m sure you can choose to have diffrent fill in the seat cushions for extra cost. Adam kept me upto date when it was being delivered I think it was about a week. Delivery guy pulled the plastic of that packed the sofa and removed cushions outside and caused a mark on the seat cover but was quickly replaced which I received today.so maybe ask your delivery driver if they have to remove the cushions that you do it yourself as with them working hard all day they likely have dirty hands. Seat cushions and surround cushions can be removed to wash which is brilliant as it being such a light colour. The stool is gorgeous and very big so perfect to cuddle up on in the evening. I’ve used it as a seat alone and always snuggle up and read a book on it. You wouldn’t be disappointed if you purchased the Boucle duck filled sofa and stool, I was worried I was going to receive some nasty looking sofa like some companies which ive been had before, but you can trust go lounge as they will deliver a gorgeous sofa to you. I absolutely love mine. Oh and no nasty smells it smells beautiful like a new sofa should. Thank you so much Adam for a great transaction and for the gorgeous sofa and stool, I will definitely be back when I’m in need of a new sofa in the future.

The sofa is great and really good value. Exactly what we ordered and even better than anticipated. The problem was with delivery. I received a call at 10am on the morning of delivery saying they would call when they were an hour away. The delivery people called at 10pm saying they were Still 2 hours away. They arrived at midnight. This is really not acceptable for anyone. They then were exhausted and didn’t really want to bring the 5 pieces of the modular sofa up in the lift to the apartment so we ended up doing a lot of it ourselves. The quality of the furniture is great but the logistics plan needs an urgent review when it comes to the delivery contract arrangements. They are clearly not able to manage the demand

Negatives:
• Repeatedly needed to chase delivery updates.
• Delivery was delayed despite prior assurance of pre-Christmas arrival.
• Poor communication from the delivery company, including a last-minute cancellation on delivery day.
• Sofa was delivered at 11 PM on Christmas Day with minimal support from the driver, who wanted to rush off without unpacking or setting up the product.( understandable at that time of night but not in accordance with what is offered when ordering.
• I helped to unpack and waited for my son to come over to help set up.
• After 3.5 months, the sofa remains very uncomfortable—rock hard with inconsistent cushion firmness, visible colour differences on one sofa seat, and uneven stitching on the arms.
• Overall, not recommended.

I have just received my news sofas (2 Cozy, one L-shaped 3 seater, one 2-seater) and I couldn’t be more please. I did extensive research beforehand and it was hard to find what I wanted, but when I saw this it ticked all the boxes. However, being an online retailer I was nervous about not having been able to see it in real life. But when it came last night I was very impressed by the quality and beauty of the product, I’m absolutely in love. The fact that it can be customised exactly how you want it is fantastic, Adam has been a superstar in the process helping me chose all the details. The delivery got a bit delayed but all considered I’m scoring them a 5 because of: quality, beauty, ability to fully customise the product, speed of delivery, customer service. I couldn’t recommend this more! Thank you GoLounge!

Amazing sofa absolutely beautiful cinema sofa. The only complaint I have is I waited almost a month for delivery! When it was delivered it was delivered at 00.45am!!!! This was unacceptable as a women who lives alone with 4 children. The delivery men were quick and nice but the time was just taking the absolute mick. Other than that I would definitely use go lounge again

Excellent service. Was previously let down with a different company who offered an alternative date. Got in touch with go lounge to see if they had the furniture I wanted in stock and when it would be delivered - this was much sooner than the first company. Even though they use an external delivery company, Adam kept me up to date for the short time I had to wait for delivery and it was delivered before expected! 🥰

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my delivery, been told I would have confirmation of delivery 48 hours before my delivery. It’s now Wednesday so if I don’t receive a 48 text for delivery for Friday I will be going into 3 weeks with no sofa. Delivery is so slow.
