Ich habe insgesamt 4 Wochen auf mein Paket gewartet.
Nach 7 Tagen habe ich mich das erste mal erkundigt, da die Paketverfolgung nicht funktioniert hat und mir dies komisch vorgekommen ist.
Dies wurde vom Verkäufer aber nicht ernstgenommen und ich wurde mit Floskeln abgewimmelt.
Nach 4 Wochen habe ich mich noch mal an den Verkäufer gewannt und er meinte das Paket ist verschollen.

Rückerstattung vom Geldbetrag hat einwandfrei funktioniert, deshalb zwei Sterne.

El servicio de atención al cliente es lamentable, si es que existe, puesto que una IA responde automáticamente lo que le parece.
Después de hacer y pagar el pedido noto un error en un artículo. No puedo eliminarlo y pocos minutos después de hacer el pedido envío un mail a at. al cliente para que modifiquen la talla del artículo, todo esto un domingo.
Al lunes siguiente me envían un email diciendo que el pedido se ha procesado. Les vuelvo a escribir otro email indicando que modifiquen el artículo erróneo. El lunes por la tarde me contestan diciendo que ya se ha procesado y que no es posible.
Lamentable que casi 24h no atiendan el correo y envien el pedido con el error.
Cuando llegue irá para atrás y abriré reclamación a Paypal.

Easy to order but sadly the tracking process of the shipment and its subsequent time spent going thru customs takes fsr to long. Not a problem for the company its just a gripe . Because customs takes to long you can do nothing

I’ve checked the company’s site to make sure this order was shipping from the USA and it was showing from the USA. However, after placing the order and receiving the shipping information, I’ve noticed that the shipping time changed to an extremely long time. When I contacted the company, they said it was shipping from Lithuania and would arrive in 2-3 weeks. Additionally, the company used a third party shipping company with USPS as the final carrier. That being said, there is no up-to-date tracking information. This is poor customer service, marketing and communication.

For aspects of quality, price and deliver service, it is truly great and excellent.

However some favourite-surplus items always short of supply or unavailable eg. French army jackets(small size only), Swedish army M90 camo(small only). Hoping to looking for those shortage items in various sizes

The quality of the field jacket was very good. I had doubts as a lot of Belgian surplus is extremely worn and used.
