J'ai travaillé pour GoodTime ces 3 derniers étés, et pour être honnête je recommencerais mille fois!
C'est de loin la plus belle expérience professionnelle que j'ai vécue. Ayant travaillé et vécu au sein de plusieurs de leurs structures, je peux affirmer que les conditions de logement et de travail sont au top. J'ai également eu la chance de faire partie de plusieurs équipes, avec lesquelles l'entente et la coordination fut toujours parfaite.

Si vous aviez des doutes, n'hésitez pas une seconde de plus, car GoodTime est la plus belle expérience que vous pourriez vivre !!

I was in Avra Beach Resort in May
The hotel was nice but i was unsettled by the behaviour of the animation manager.
During that time, my child was having fun with the french intern girl Alyah and i was satisfied with her services but very shocked by the treatment faced towards her by the manager Sam.

J'ai effectué un contrat d'animation en stage au sein de l'Avra Beach Resort dans le cadre d'un stage et l'expérience avec le responsable de l'animation sam ainsi que les conditions d'accueil ont été indignes :

L'entreprise m'avait mis à disposition une chambre sans eau chaude, sans électricité/lumière et avec la présence de quelques nuisibles. Malgré mes multiples signalements répétés, la situation a été totalement ignorée. Certes, les salariés n'ont pas vocation à occuper les chambres destinées aux clients et nous n'exigeons pas le luxe, mais travailler pour un établissement implique un minimum de décence et d'hygiène pour être logé dans des conditions correctes. Ce n'était absolument pas le cas ici.

Je recevais des remarques déplacées répétées de la part du manager de l'équipe d'animation (surnommée «
Michael Jackson » en raison de ma couleur de peau), manque de respect incessant, insultes régulières dans sa langue d'origine pensant que je ne comprendrais pas, mépris permanent et hurlements sur ma personne devant l'équipe et les clients.
Il me faisait sans cesse des commentaires intrusifs constants sur mes tenues, mon corps (remarques sur ma poitrine) et même sur mon cycle menstruel (car je portais un jogging au lieu du short fourni par l'entreprise en raison de mes règles), avec refus violent d'adapter temporairement une tenue et contestation de ma parole. Plusieurs clients ont d'ailleurs remarqué ces dérives et sont venus me demander si j'allais bien trouvant les comportements de ce manager choquants.

Après avoir été bousculée et poussée dans un bureau pour avoir osé exprimer mon mal-être, la femme du manager (qui était une collègue) m'a suivi jusqu'à ma chambre et est venue s'en prendre à moi verbalement, suivie du manager lui-même qui a frappé violemment à ma porte pour en découdre, me contraignant à rester enfermée par peur pour ma sécurité physique. Je tiens à préciser que je détiens des preuves tangibles de ces altercations et de ces comportements c'est d'ailleurs pour cela que j'ai eu a contacter mon tuteur qui m'a changé d'hôtel en urgence.

Ce schéma a d'ailleurs l'air d'être systématique. Une employée avait déjà quitté l'établissement avant mon arrivée à cause de son comportement, et les deux personnes recrutées pour me remplacer sont également parties rapidement face au même harcèlement et au même mépris.

D’ailleurs mon contrat a été modifié sans m’expliquer correctement dans quel but et il a été déclaré que j’ai effectué la fin de mon contrat en bénévolat alors que je l’effectuais dans le cadre d’un stage ce qui n’est pas possible de modifier sans signature de tous les parties car le contrat est conventionné par une université, l’entreprise et l’étudiant. Je n’ai donc pas été payée en totalité.

Je ne recommande malheureusement pas cette entreprise.

Twice I accepted an interview with the same person in this company via video call, twice I cleared my schedule and prepared for the interview, and twice they did not show up during the call, did not apologize, did not respond to my follow-up emails. So either this company is a scam (and there is a bot called 'Mila' pretending to be part of this company), or they are extremely unprofessional. If you are a seasoned hospitality professional, don't waste your time applying here.

First experience as an animator, being in an all inclusive hotel with good food and great accommodation (3 girls in 1 room) with weekly cleaning.

The company fixed my papers easily, I had transport from the airport so they were really helpful.

Good company to join if you are looking to work in animation. They are helpful, they fix everything and you don’t need to worry about anything else than coming and enjoying your work. Definitely great and different experience than home!

I've been working for the GoodTimes Entertainment for almost 2 years now. I've had Goodtimes as the company's name say it haha, with my employers, colleagues and guests. I've met wonderful people all over the world. I have a good team.
The artistic Entertainment that the Goodtime's company provides is very exclusive 👌🏻.

The company was very flexible with making logistical arrangements to accommodate for the flow human life. Met some fantastic people here as well and had a great time with my team AWUUUUUUUUUU

I've been working for the agency for four years and I am very pleased with my collaboration with this company. Everything is organized to the highest standard. No problems they organised transfers from the airport to the hotel, a safe overnight stay with a group of colleagues. Payment is always on time, as stated in the contract. Contact with the customer service office (Andrea) is easy and they respond quickly to any concerns. Amato, a great manager, is always there to help. I recommend this agency! Pawel.

So I was hoping to have the best summer in my life this year well it didn’t happen.
I went to Greece with this company complete disaster!!
My staff room conditions:
No hot water
No working toilet
No front door
No window
Rats

The woman called Mila rude so rude when I called her saying about the conditions and I quote:
“These they are very good conditions “
“I see freshly painted walls”
Who cares about walls when you don’t have hot water or toilet is she delusional?!
Yelled at me didn’t care what’s gonna happen to me !
They still haven’t messaged me or called if I’m ok or any type of consideration that I’m all alone in strange country no place to stay no place to work because the owner he said if I don’t like the conditions No job
That’s it The man who owns 3 hotels didn’t have any other solution for me🤔
If someone thinking to go and work for this company please DONT DO IT!!

I did address it issue to the woman called Mila from the company she didn’t help me at all laughing saying she doesn’t understand why I’m complaining being extremely rude and not giving me any other options or solutions in my case.
With no help or support from company I didn’t have choice but to come back home .
Still till today they didn’t even message me or check on me if I’m ok after this traumatic event!
I will post this on every social media so people they are aware what actually really going on because reality it’s brutal and this company shouldn’t be running!!

travail dans d’horribles conditions, non respect des lois du codes de travail

La plus horrible agence de placement !!
En particulier la recruteuse Mila qui vous maintient dans le flous et vous manipule !
Jai postuler pour de la reception on ma dis quil fallait une experience jai vue par la suite une fille sans experience de 19 ans qui etait a la base dans lanimation car ils manquaient de personnel ...
Ils mont donc dis quils avait des postes de serveuse et hotesse je leur ait dis que je ne voulais pas etre serveuse mais que jetais ok pour hotesse .
Apres lentretient fin mars je nai pas eu de reponse jusqua mi avril malgres les relances.
Elle reviens vers moi pour me dire qu'elle navait plus de poste de serveuse ( je ne voulais surtout pas ça) mais plutôt en guest relations ( service client )
Elle me la vendu comme plus agreable et plus interessant que hotesse.

Elle menvoie loffre demploi avec ecrit serveuse et hotesse hors ca ne correspondait pas au poste quelle me vendait Elle ma envoyer egalement un contrat sans intitulé de poste mais avec ecrit a linterieur que je peux bouger dhotel et de poste en fonction des besoins .
Arrivée sur place fin avril personne nest venu me chercher a laeroport comme prevue jai du telephoner au numero durgence indiquer pour que quelqun me depose a lhotel qui etait fermer jai etais dans lhotel vide jai cru me faire arnaquer
Apres 1h dattente on ma donner une chambre avec un homme ager a linterieur jai donc du rappeler pour changer.
Je nai pas eu de formation dédiée a mon poste javais pourtant précisée que jetais debutante .
Ma team leader etant malade jetais donc seule les premiers jours sans aucune guidance ni acces a aucun logiciels! Elle etait également tres incompetente ( en terme de management ) toutes les taches donner Elle les faisait et ne me deleguer rien ...
Apres quelque jours on ma proposer dêtre hotesse en restaurant jai accepter voyant la negligence que je vivais je pensais etre mieux prise en charge
Mon poste sest rapidement transformer en serveuse ( ce que je voulais surtout pas ) a cause du favoritisme grecque
On me donnais lexcuse quon ne me comprenait pas sur des pharses simple en anglais que je ne gerait pas bien l'arrivée massive des clients alors que certaines de mes collegues rencontrez les meme problemes on leur disait rien ...
Leur regles interne etait très changeante ils pouvaient nous dire ce quils voulaient pour ne pas prendre la responsibilité de leur desorganisation.
Le logement etait insalubre et on mangeait pas toujours a notre faim
Jai quitter lentreprise et lagence apres 1 mois de travail sans etre payer car je me sentais pas de faire le mois de preavis ...
Ma plus horrible experience .

I had a very disappointing experience during the recruitment process.

Communication was inconsistent across multiple departments, including housekeeping, entertainment, and recruitment. Key details about the role were unclear from the beginning — including the exact position and even the destination.

Information seemed to change depending on who I spoke to. After initial discussions, the role was later presented differently by a manager, with unclear responsibilities and expectations. This lack of consistency made it difficult to understand what the job actually involved.

I also noticed that some of the names appearing in recent 5-star reviews match individuals I personally talked with during this process.

Overall, the process felt disorganised and unprofessional. I decided not to proceed with signing the contract, and based on my experience, I would not recommend working with this company.

There is no option to reply, so I am going to do it here.
I am going to say what actually happened, and then let the people decide if they want to work with your company or not.

I was considered for an entertainment position, yes, but after talking to 3 different people from that department, where all of them were saying different things about the role, the destination, the requirements and the starting date, with incredibly inconsistent communication, and no clear facts, I was offered the chance to work with housekeeping instead.

After being explained vaguely what the role was about, basic housekeeping, and being told they have a role for me, I just need to send my CV again, I sent my CV again. Then it was radio silence, even though my supposed starting date was only days away.

I got a call today, on the day I was supposed to be starting already, asking if I can start in the next couple of days.

I explained why i would not be moving forward with the contract, and wished them good luck in the future.
So my recruitment process was not discontinued, at least not according to the call I got. If it was, and i still got a call, that just proves the miscommunication between your departments.

Trying to blame the people who leave bad reviews instead of fixing the issues with your company shows people more than the bad reviews will ever do.
