Good Eggs has some excellent products and a wide variety of grocery items. Unfortunately, their communication, tech systems, and logistics are a complete mess so not worth getting involved. They sent me a text saying an order had been delivered when it had not. When I tried to get some kind of customer service, it's only a robot and there is no way to find out what is really going on. They knew that their delivery systems were out of whack and sending customers incorrect information but they did nothing to communicate that fact. I was stuck having to run to the store at the last minute anyway in order to make a dinner party deadline. It was an a completely stressful experience that could have been avoided with reasonable communication and actual customer service. I won't be back. What's the point of technology if you are sending the wrong information to customers and generating confusion and chaos?

I’ve been using Good Eggs for a couple years now and it’s honestly ruined regular grocery delivery for me. The produce quality is consistently better than what I get from Instacart or Wholefoods, and a lot of the local brands/farms are things I’d normally have to go to farmers markets for.

The quality is actually worth it. Their prepared foods are solid when I don’t feel like cooking. Easily the best local grocery delivery experience I’ve had.

From the moment you walk in, the place has a relaxed, welcoming energy. It’s not loud or chaotic, but there’s a certain buzz people enjoying themselves, staff moving efficiently without being rushed. For someone like me, who picks up on every little detail, it feels alive without being overwhelming.
The eggs themselves are obviously the star, and they don’t disappoint. Fresh, rich, and perfectly cooked. You can taste that care went into selecting the ingredients it’s not the generic supermarket stuff. Even simple dishes like scrambled eggs or omelets feel elevated. Everything feels honest and satisfying.
The staff at Goodeggs are attentive without hovering. They know what they’re doing and make you feel like your visit actually matters. Any question or request is handled quickly, which for me is a huge plus because I notice and react to delays or mistakes.

Goodeggs has been an amazing company to work with. Their customer service rocks.
