Absolutely amazing tree
Absolutely amazing tree. Thank you. This is the first real tree I've had since living in the UK and absolutely thrilled. The tree was delivered on time. We had a little glitch with the stand but a refund was given straight away and not a big deal. Will definitely be returning next year.

I ordered on a Saturday and got confirmation for delivery the next day.
On Sunday I received an e-mail where they apologised, saying they cannot deliver before Tuesday (or refund). I thought OK BUT:
No news and no tree on Tuesday.
The thing is with Christmas trees you are running out of time and the kids are unhappy because they are dying to decorate. Now I need to find one fast with this vaste of time. BAD ELF!

Beautiful Christmas Tree
This is the second year in a row we have used goodelf. Last year was our first year of having a real tree so I was sceptical. It lasted all of Christmas and a few weeks after. We've had this years tree delivered and yet again a fantastic service and beautiful full 6ft tree. Very good on price and will certainly use again.

Appalling service
They couldn't fulfill my order 3 years ago and they're still emailing me 3 years later despite asking to be removed from their database each time. Clearly their belief in GDPR is a serious as their belief in good customer service.
