My orthotics weren't quite right. Staff helped me figure out the issue and we swapped out better fitting insoles. My feet are two different sizes, so got two sizes of strengthens, and a maintainer with better metatarsal support. All at no additional cost. Staff very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. Great experience.
