Sobre Good Health Naturally

Escrito pela empresa

For over 30 years, Good Health Naturally has created premium, research-led supplements designed to work in harmony with the body and support everyday wellbeing.

Our range includes nutritionist-formulated vitamins, minerals, probiotics, omega 3s and more, all made with clean, high-quality ingredients and guided by clinically studied research. Each product is designed to provide natural support that feels practical, approachable, and effective.

This journey began with our co-founder Robert Redfern, a health writer and researcher who developed our first pioneering enzyme formulas. Many of these remain best sellers decades later, trusted for the results they continue to deliver.

Today, Good Health Naturally remains an independent, family-owned business, led by Anne and her daughter Lucy alongside a small, dedicated team. Our supplements continue to be chosen by people and practitioners worldwide.

At the heart of everything, we care about helping you find trusted support you can return to, day after day.

Inspired by Nature, Enhanced by Science.

Resposta da Good Health Naturally

Hi, we are sorry about the confusion. On our terms and conditions we do inform about the possible additional charges on E.U. and International deliveries: "11.2 You will be responsible for payment of any applicable import duties, taxes and other fees. We have no control over additional charges that may arise and we cannot predict their amount". Usually we do try to block orders from outside the uk being placed on the uk site, unfortunately it appears that your order managed to pass through the system. It is outside our power to calculate the taxes and fees from different countries.
Regards,
Pepa A.

Hi Kerry,
I am sorry that your order has not arrived. We are reliant on the Royal Mail but this does not alter the fact that you have not received the goods. With this in mind I am refunding you the extra cost for the 24tracked delivery service. Please find below the tracking number so you can follow it, according to it your parcel should be with you today or tomorrow. Please let us know if any problem. TA508793605GB.
With kind regards,
Pepa Alonso
