I recently had a bit of a hiccup trying to apply a discount code during the Spring Sale, but I was so impressed by the customer service experience. They responded incredibly quickly and provided a solution to resolve the issue almost immediately.

Once the code was applied, shipping was impressively fast. As for the product itself, the taste is fantastic! We really love the wide variety of flavors available. Highly recommend for both the quality of the protein and the top-tier support.

Good Protein is the best plant based protein powder I have tried. The flavours are delicious and it blends beautifully with no gritty texture. The high protein option with bcaas is great for the strength training days and the regular shakes paired with almond milk give me a great option when I need a quick meal option on the go. Thank you Good Protein for making an outstanding product!

I've tried a lot of protein brands and GoodProtein is genuinely in a league of its own. The quality is insane! Clean ingredients, no weird aftertaste, and it actually mixes properly instead of turning into a clumpy mess. And the taste? Absurd. I keep expecting the catch and it never comes. If you're on the fence, just order it. You won't be going back.

This company is the absolute best to deal with. They are considerate, kind and highly professional. They are quick to respond and if I need them to pause an order, it is done without any questions or delay.

Great product and customer service. I spent years looking for a protein shake that didn’t have added sugar or taste chalky. It exceeded my expectations. Give it a try I don’t think you will regret it.

Excellent customer service. I had few questions before and after my order was placed. They supported me with all queries, really impressed by the speed and quality. Also, my wife ordered the 32gm High Protein Chocolate flavor and she approved it (she is very picky lol).

Great flavours. No funny aftertaste. Would love this product other than for me it has the unintended consequence of acting as a laxative. This is not to dissuade people from trying it but merely to warn it is very fibre heavy so if you are fibre sensitive it may clean you out which could be a pro or con depending on your view.

Unfortunately my order was mixed up. When I reached out to Good Protein, they replied right away and had my correct shipment out right away. The service was spot on and the Maple Cookie protein is amazing!!!

Most of the flavours I've tried have been excellent (chocolate, berry, vanilla, peanut butter). The banana cream has a nice flavour but it does not go smooth, it remains chunky. After Reacher out to customer service I was made aware that due to the ingredience of this shake it does not go smooth. Apparently the coconut oil allows for this. Since it was past the satisfaction guarantee they did not offer a discount or a new product but thanked me for my review.

We love good protein powder. The best part is no grittiness. I love how it's not too sweet. I have tried many powders and they have all failed me. I have been using this product for almost 2 years. Friends and family are now using it as well and love. We even take 2 2kg bags with us while away over the winter months. There are no substitutes!!

I can’t actually explain how positively I think about Good Protein in a single paragraph. I need to consider publishing an opinion piece with the National Post or something. This brand is incredible. This product has been an impactful and rewarding addition to my life. I will never buy another brand of protein powder as long as they exist.

Be careful when subscribing to Good Protein.

They advertise that you can cancel anytime, but when I tried to cancel after delays and poor service, I was told there could be a cancellation fee related to the promotional price. This was not clearly explained when I signed up.

Customer service (Charlie) was very pushy and kept repeating the same responses instead of helping resolve the issue. It took multiple emails just to cancel properly.

Everything is now cancelled, but the experience felt misleading. Just make sure you fully understand the terms before subscribing.

We have loved this product for a number of years now. The quality is amazing as well as the awesome flavors!
