Ordered underwear and then got a phone call to say our of stock. Phone customer service was poor and not apologetic. Got a refund but shouldn't be online to purchase if nonstick available

Item arrived promptly and well packaged..The dress looked exactly like on website and I am very happy with my purchase..Like most dresses nowadays it was quite long but I am getting it alter to suit my height.

I ordered a few things from Goods. In fairness one of the products was out of stock, they rang me immediately and the remaining items came the following day. Such nice staff, very efficient and easy to deal with.
