Product out of stock
I ordered and paid for the product. I was told a few days later the product was out of stock. I also had to ring to get my postage refunded. The staff on the phone are very nice and helpful tho.

I ordered a pair of shoes
I ordered a pair of shoes - total cost 40.95e - got a 4 euros discount as I was a new customer. Got an email today to say I was getting a refund of 36 euros. No explanation - no shoes. Very annoyed that my refund is less than what I paid. Why do goods.ie think it is acceptable to keep my 4e? Is my 4e to pay for the absolutely shocking lack of customer service??? I hope my 4e will be refunded to my account ASAP!!!. It is not theirs to keep...

We apologise for the mistake with the shipping refund. It was simply human error. We have now corrected that and the full amount you paid has been refunded to you. I can assure you we were not trying to keep your money.
We pride ourselves on our customer service here at Goods, as our 5 star reviews show but we're human, mistakes happen sometimes, as I'm sure you understand.
Excellent customer service
From the time I ordered the bra to when my husband picked it up at your Click & Collect all went well.
Unfortunately it didn’t suit me & a friend returned it for me. The refund was in my account within days.
So all good hence 5 stars

We apologise about that Sinead. It can take up to 15 mins for our in-store system to sync with our online and sometimes items get sold in that time. We are however working on a new system which we hope to have up and running shortly and that will put an end to issues like this.
