So far customer services have not replied to my question. Not impressed at all.

Absolute rubbish. Frame broke after five uses. Waste of money.

Update : Customer Services have agreed to replace the broken glasses so they have redeemed themselves. Hoping they wont take weeks to arrive.

Very low quality products and the company offers a 3 month warranty which kind of proves they don't even trust the quality of their own products. Save your money, time and purchase elsewhere from a more honourable company make better products .

Just received my first pair really impressed

Consistency is important when dealing with any company that delivers a product by mail. Googles4u has yet to attain that level consistency getting what you paid for in a timely manner. It's the way that the product comes into the country on mass from China and then actually gets directed to your home. It seems like an absurd waste of time. It is nice that you have a 14-day period to return and/or exchange for a full refund. I think that they should offer a wider variety of styles they all seem to be redundant and it gets boring to look at the same stuff over and over again come on get a little jazzy with what you offer us. Get a little excited by what you put in your line! Cuz I'm bored!

Yes I did have a problem with one pair of glasses but complaints team offered a replacement with no hesitation. Then I thought I had given details of what glasses I wanted but didn't complete order. Over a month later I realized my error and contacted them and they honoured their offer and I was able to order a replacement pair. Excellent after sales service.

Ordered and paid for ultrathin lenses ,glasses arrived with thick lenses ,then was told it was because they were only available in full framed glasses and not rimless ,if I hadn't have asked would they have refunded ? When they offered refund it was only the difference in price of the lenses, so ended up paying for glasses that I didn't want .Buyers beware.

Cheap crap glasses with 2 week warranty and better value at Poundland stay clear

I ordered a pair of glasses on March11, 2022. After much back and forth I still have not gotten the glasses, a request for a full refund has been denied, and then I get an email saying

Dear customer,

This refers to the order number mentioned in the subject. We regret to inform you that unfortunately, the frame "SKU-125332" you have ordered was found to be defective during production and is out of stock in "Black/Brown" color now, you have the option to select any new frame up to cost of $35.

I do not advise anyone to order from googles.com.

Placed an order from Ireland on the 28th of October 2021...order number 2000899758. No sign of my specs. What's going on. BREXIT related maybe however very unlikely. I need my specs... I can't see!!!

Please help me goggles4u...I did pay..and quite a few quid..I really don't want to write a bad review. Just send on the goggles2me...please..

Wouldn't bother try somewhere else first..got told different time frames in different emails for expected delivery and also they have royal mail as the courier.. and they by far the one of worse courier service i know.. i just hope the glasses when i receive them! are of better quality than the shower off s**t I've seen upto now!!

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses and did not get my 70% discount. The first pair arrived late and broken and I have not seen the other two and it's been over a month. The customer service is nice but not helpful. I do not recommend this company.

The glasses are a bit flimsy but for £13.50 good enough. Although I have an NHS voucher and was willing to pay £20 more myself I could not find anything. So much pink and purple for women, yuk! Lots more variety on the website. Turned up quickly considering they come from overseas, not much longer really than ordering from the High Street opticians. Will order sunglasses next year.

Had a issue with my first pair framed snapped first day back at work, contacted to googles 4u and that asked me choose another pair and will sent out to me f o c very pleased 😌 thank you 👍.

I read reviews on Trustpilot so was aware that delivery may take a while. Mine arrived in 13 days which I was quite happy with.
I ordered the cheapest glasses I could that I would wear purely to check my most recent prescription, it seemed to me to be a significant change to my last prescription just before pandemic hit. The glasses were flimsy but very useable and they confirmed the prescription was correct. So all in all I am please and I can now get a pair of Oakley's ordered online from another supplier and use these as a standby pair.
I would definitely use again if I was not in a rush.

This is supposed to be a UK based company yet they do not produce your Glasses in the UK. All they have is a office here. So you have to wait for the glasses to be made overseas then they are shipped to the UK office then they are sent to you. At no point is this made clear during the ordering process. I just wonder what happens if when you receive them they are faulty. Do they have to be sent back to the overseas facility?

Got my eyes tested at a well known opticians but the cost of varifocals was too much for me. Goggles4U sold me a pair of varifocals for less than £35. I didn't realise at the time the company was in the US. The glasses are shipped from Overseas (not the US). The frames were gorgeous. I love them. The prescription was PERFECT. I uploaded my Specsavers prescription. However you do wait a few weeks for them to come. The lenses are very light weight plastic, so I don't expect longevity with them. The frames are also very light. However they do the job, and I'm told I look great in them. Definitely cheap & cheerful if you can't afford a couple of hundred quid for the dear ones. I'm very happy and my vision is great now. Communication is very good. Thank you Goggles4U

I thought I was being ignored by company but learned I had missed an email from the company explaining they had contacted me and offered to fix the issue. They were right and I was wrong. The fix is in process and I ordered two new pair of glasses.

Superb company to deal with
Quality was good and one issue was handled professionally courteously and promptly

Highly recommended unless you like been ripped off by high street opticians
