I have had nothing but an incredible experience with Snackcidents! The cookie dough flavours are amazing, both cooked and raw, I am so pleased with my order! The customer service I have experienced is second to none. I had an issue upon delivery with my order, and the team were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to fix the problem. This cookie dough is delicious and so moreish! Absolutely amazing just warmed in microwave for 20 seconds! Flavours are brilliant!

All 6 flavours tried were yummy both cold and when baked into cookies. Easy to navigate website and delivery on requested day. Would recommend.

Had an issue where my package was missing after delivery, and with the help of the wonderful Evie, had a new replacement sent out. They helped to open a case and investigate what happened to my initial package, however, we didn't find out its fate, but Evie still went above and beyond to resolve this issue and get me a new shipment of these goodies and for that, I'm extremely thankful.

We got the tasting hamper which had 9 different flavours to try and they're all really good so far! This has been such a fun little cheeky dessert to keep in the fridge. We're experimenting with a bit of each to see if we like them more cooked or raw!

Most of the flavours are great, I ordered a mystery box and haven't got round to trying them all yet. It's a good way to sample the flavours if you don't know what to order.
I've eaten them cold from the fridge, microwaved them and baked them and I can say all methods work! I baked them to still be gooey which was perfect.
One flavour was disappointing, the mint choc chip just isn't very pleasant. It's too strong and the colour is unappealing, it looks and smells like something you shouldn't eat and tastes stronger than a minty chewing gum. It's really unfortunate as it could be nice if it were mildly flavoured, I was also sent an extra tub of this flavour but it had to go in the bin which seemed a waste.
I would recommend any of the other flavours though!

Tasted amazing, got the cinnamon apple strudel, it was delicious!!

Got some of the cookie dough for my partner after their operation and they were feeling down and couldn’t leave the house. It was so tasty and perked him right up! Fast delivery and service too! Will be buying again as a treat or presents!!!

Definitely worth the money I bought the buy 3 get 3 free of the big monster tubs and you get so much more than expected! amazing edible cookie dough and I even made cookies with it they turned out great would definitely recommend! And I will definitely be purchasing again!!!

My partner and I decided to try Snakcidents for 2 reasons: We love cookie dough and he is trying to be Vegan, and the main struggle is in sweet stuff. We got a few different flavours including some of the vegan offerings. We were not disappointed. They are incredibly more-ish so if you're not so great at knowing when to stop I suggest you serve yourself up some rather than eating from the pot as more will be gone than you intended by the end of the sitting! Just the right amount of sweetness not to be sickly - my personal favourite is the Funfetti. I also tried it cooked, but instead of making cookies I put it in a ramekin and part baked for the gooey warm cookie dough experience - I recommend. Only dropped a star because delivery was a little longer than expected, but have already seen on the website that they have changed some thing for this so expect my next review to be a 5 star one and looking forward to seeing what other flavours they come up with :)

I wanted to share my experience with these cookie dough flavors. I tried the original, cheesecake, and chocolate varieties just for fun. While they tasted nice and authentically like cookie dough, they weren't very sweet. The texture was quite filling, making just a couple of spoonfuls enough. However, my experience was dampened when I received an email from them offering a £10 voucher for creating a TikTok video and potentially £500 for more likes. This tactic made me question the authenticity of some reviews, as it seems like they're encouraging people to create free advertising content. For this reason, I can't give them a higher rating.

I always leave honest reviews because I want to, not because I’m prompted to. I’m more than happy to keep buying your product, and my review was just my honest opinion.

the texture is not exactly to my tastes but the flavour was great

Really really disappointed to be writing a one star review - I wanted us to love this product, but we just don’t.

My partner is the biggest cookie dough fan, so when I saw these it was a no brainer. I needed to buy them!

I purchased 12, one of each flavour and then 4 of the mint (mint is his fave flavour of anything!) on Sunday 30th June. I didn’t tell my partner as I wanted to surprise him, so I waited very (in)patiently until they arrived on Friday 5th July.

As soon as they arrived I unpacked and put everything in the fridge, except one pot of mint for him to try. We’d been given a free mystery flavour - also mint. Which at the time I thought was a good thing.

How wrong was I? It was slimey and not the usual texture of cookie dough we are used to, so I popped it in the fridge with the rest to leave it for a while. Later that evening we tried again, it was firmer now, but still not a great texture and the mint is very artificial tasting.

The next day, we tried another method and decided to bake them. Seriously, the WORST cookies I have ever tasted, again the flavour is actually distasteful and leaves an unpleasant after taste for AGES. Very strong and almost chemically tasting. We did exactly as we were told yet the cookie was dense and firm, without actually being over cooked, it was more like a biscuit than a cookie but it was the lingering taste of awful mint that made it worse.

I’ll be absolutely honest and say I’ve not tried any other flavours after these two pots of mint have put me off trying the rest. I may give them a go in a few days once I’ve got over this experience but I’m not holding out much hope.

I think I’m more frustrated and disappointed that we don’t like them, as I really thought this was going to be the answer to my partners cookie dough cravings.

So many good reviews, but unfortunately I can’t leave one.

To be honest, I regret spending £35 on the “try them all” hamper - it is not good value for money at all. I didn't like the fact there is no way to remove the cookie tin from the order - this is useless tat which I frankly would have gladly skipped.
I have never had to wait so long for the products I have ordered to be dispatched - yes, they do warn you of the wait times when you order and my order did arrive within the timeframe said but still - what takes them so long to dispatch?!
I have been receiving a ridiculous number of marketing emails from them with codes and so on. The emails are 90% waffle - skip the chit chat and tell me why you are emailing me! I have now unsubscribed as it was annoying me.
The product itself arrived in good condition, well packaged and had instructions on how you can consume the dough. All perfect on that account.
The products themselves - tasty but nothing to rave on about. Some of the flavors are sickly sweet (the vanilla and the cheesecake one!) and I did not enjoy that.
I liked the one with the sprinkles, the red velvet and the triple chocolate one.
The cookies, even after trying to follow their instructions and trying the recommendation of my oven, turned hard on top (you can knock on the counter with them!!) but stayed soft inside.
Having tried them all, I don’t mind them but I wouldn’t reorder or gift this hamper because of the price. The larger tubs are better value indeed but, again, the dough is nothing outstanding or special… sorry to break your hearts.

Bad value for money and the amount of marketing spam from the company (particularly to get you to give good reviews) if borderline harassment

Bought the try them all hamper. Fast delivery and loved the different cookie doughs. Favourites were the rainbow bites, cinnamon apple and New York cheesecake with biscoff. Personally wasn't a fan of the mint choc chip (smelled amazing, texture was as good as the others, just not to my taste). Will definitely be buying again

I ordered the "Try Them All Hamper" as it was my first time with Snackcidents. While not all of the flavours were to my taste, the rest of my family enjoyed them. Only issue is that all the doughs are VERY sweet, each tub has about 40% sugar and you can definitely taste it. In my opinion that much sugar is not needed, but I know that that is just a personal opinion. Overall, my family and I had great fun making cookies and eating dough together.
