Not sure about the other locations but have been using go puff in Swansea for about 3 years, hundreds of orders at all times of the day and night and it has been flawless. Good quality and reasonably priced. Im gobsmacked at the other reviews!

Used to be great, fast and convenient. They now send drivers with 2-4 orders at a time meaning they take ages to arrive
My order was shown as delivery within 21 mins it’s now over an hour as I was stop number 3.

One of the worst delivery systems ever. Every time I’ve ordered as a loyal, FAM member the quality of service has got lower and lower. It’s a scam. Pay for additional deals (always out of stock), priority delivery and they will deliver to others first, tell you that at the door then support says they can’t see where their drivers have been? The ‘live cam’ is simply creepy, watching poor depressed members of staff walking around a messy supermarket in a zombie like state. Won’t even refund the priority when they don’t meet their own public policy. It’s just sh*t to be honest. Oh yeh and you’ll get fruit and veg that’s off within 5 minutes. Never using again

don't buy anything from here. UK stores regularly don't send items, and won't refund you. they do this intentionally. today they tried to do it again claiming they sent it, and refused a refund. fortunately I recorded the drop off, and I sent them the video after they kept claiming they sent it, proving them as LIARS.

worst email and customer support EVER, don't even bother contacting them, they're useless. they've just lost a long term customer now because they tried to rob me for £4.40.

Terrible customer service. All frozen food came completely defrosted, refused to refund and were incredibly rude to me

I joined Gopuff’s “FAM” membership in Dec 2021. My last order was on 30 April 2022. From then until Aug 2025 — over 27 months — they continued taking payments without a single order from me.

When I finally noticed and cancelled, I asked for a refund. Their own records clearly prove zero usage for years, yet they refused to return anything beyond my last £5.49 payment, hiding behind a 14-day “cooling-off” policy meant for brand-new customers.

Here’s why it’s unfair: Gopuff knew I wasn’t using the service — their system tracks every order — but they made no attempt to notify me or stop taking money. When I raised it, they chose to keep years of unearned payments instead of offering even a partial refund.

In short, they profit from customers not noticing, and when caught, they use fine print to avoid doing the right thing.

Recommendation: If you value fairness, transparency, and basic customer care, avoid Gopuff. Their policies protect their revenue, not their customers, and they will not act in your best interests if something goes wrong.

Used for first time missed a couple of items wouldn't do anything crooks### edit, they did refund me in the end so will give them and extra star

Over the neighbourhood from their workers and overflowing bins . Lots of rats been seen on Cardiff site.

Gopuff leave their bins out on the pavement for the homeless to take the bags then go through them in side streets and throw the rubbish everywhere. Disgusting company. They should sort their bins and not leave them unlocked on the pavement.

I’ve been using Gopuff for over a year now, their Gobag used to be very good for no food waste and lovely drivers. Although, sadly lately overall the service is quite awful and I will no longer be using their app. The delivery last three times took more than an hour, last two times not only my ice creams were melted I also bought a Gobag that is suppose to be worth £10 of no food waste; I was sent (after calculating) not even £4 worth of 1 day to out of date milk one time and only a lemon bag and a broccoli this second time. Absolutely scam.
Customer service is also a lot to desire, with 30m of wait just to go through someone this last time and was offer no compensation by a very rude agent, which was very entitled to tell me I paid £5 and had £5 worth(i did not), when it’s suppose to be £10 worth of food, and after I showed her their own description, decided there was nothing she could do. A mess!
No longer on my radar for nice treats and weekly shopping. Avoid at all cost or you’ll end up having to go to the shops anyway!!!

Bought 2 go puff bags costing £22, the value of both was a lot less than I would have a paid in store and the items were exactly the same in both bags and with fruit that was inedible, absolute con don't waste your money I've been ripped off

First time I used them (through Amazon) as I needed something fast, as they have a fast delivery option within 60 mins timeframe, but they cancelled the order immediately after submitting it. Disappointed. I will never order from them again. Obviously they can't manage the business. Incompetent company, I do not recommend.

Never had a problem and is cheap and quick compared to uber deliveroo etc...

I used to be a regular customer and paid for the membership. However, I placed an order and four items never arrived. I contacted customer service, providing pictures and all the proof that I had not received my items. They informed me that they couldn't issue a refund. I have continued to send emails, but it seems that no one is taking responsibility for this issue. If it was a driver issue they don't take responsibility either. They keep telling me that there is nothing they can do about it. This is the service you can expect if you encounter any issues with them, no responsibilities and terrible customer service.

Was very reluctant to try this company after the terrible reviews, however I did this morning. Easy to order, fair prices,everything I wanted available and a quick and informed delivery. I think the bags should be stapled close or taped but otherwise I will definitely use again.

I've cancelled my fam subscription never using this shit again BTW prices are ridiculous. don't want no refund everything else besides that seems fine just snacks n shit but that is NASTY bruh

Terrible, doesn’t even let me sign up, says unusual activity detected, never used it, the form doesny work. Also they have ridiculous prices on their app and through third party apps such as Deliveroo, PLEASE AVOID
