Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. Communication was slow, and I often had difficulty getting clear updates about my case. The process took much longer than expected, which caused unnecessary frustration. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations.

We are currently being actively BLACKMAILED by the criminals in Pakistan FIAZ AHMAD, ZAYN, YASIR KHAN and ROYAL HUSSAIN REVIEWS to pay them money to REMOVE these NEGATIVE REVIEWS. You can clearly see they are FAKE REVIEWS are and we refuse to answer such drivel and be threatened by review terrorists. It is not the first time and it is clear to see that this is part of another wave of negative review attacks by the competition. We have reported this review to platform for assistance. As a positive it lets us know that they are concerned by our company progress and success.

We have been threatened with more negative reviews until we pay.

I had a very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience. I was charged for the service, but the service was never provided as promised. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction, which made the situation even more frustrating. Additionally, the prices were unreasonably high compared to the quality of service offered. Overall, I felt misled and dissatisfied with the entire experience. I would not recommend this business to others.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. The staff was rude and uncooperative, and I did not feel valued as a customer. Responses were slow and communication was frustrating. Overall, my experience was negative and I would not use their services again.

Worth It !

Made the jump to Spain “Estepona” .. YEAHHH.. we thought we wouldn’t need to go through too much custom red tape being from the UK, but were soon proven wrong. Tried tackling it on our own but soon found its better to get professional help and guidance. So we did with these guys. All in all they actually gave us some good pointers and helped the legalities part. I feel it was money well invested so top marks from me.

Smooth Processing

We imported our boat with lan at Gorian and it all went VERY SMOOTH. we were preparing for a bumpy ride through the customs process and the paperwork, but they were prepared for everything and made the whole process painless. (which when dealing with Spanish customs is not always the case)
