I’m sorry it’s not your product I have a very fussy cockapoo and he wouldn’t even try it at first then managed to get him to have 2 pieces then nothing. I keep wasting money when I see advertisements that every dog loves it.

If your pooch has been using a different food for a long time, he might not want to eat something new. Some tips to encourage eating is to walk your dog before eating. Some of our customers had success by using the product as a treat outside during the walks so you can try that out too. Rotating recipes could also help.

When I enter my dogs details in the chart it suggests around 340gms per day. This doesn't alter until I put in extreme figures - why?

Thank you for your questions, and sorry to hear you could not raise your questions via our contact us form on our website. It was tested, and we can confirm it's working well.
Unfortunately our food cannot be really defined as low fat as our formulas optimise for low carbs content. The fat content is 26-28 %. Instead, we focus on ratio of protein to fat as well as ensuring that fat is coming from high quality meats. While our food is not a prescription diet we cannot recommend it for any specific medical conditions, and you would need to discuss it with your VET before starting your pooch on this food.

Beef - 450 kcal/100g
Chicken - 440 kcal/100g
Turkey - 450 kcal/100g

Walked away
I have such a fussy Shih Tzu so I thought i might give this a try but he sniffed it and walked away. I mean when it came he showed some interest but as I said just walks away sometimes he doesn't even sniff he sees me put it down then walks away. I have tried giving it him since and the same result. I did email about this to ask if the money back was a thing but haven't received an email back. I had high hopes for this back to the cheese!

Finally found a food my dog loves
Finally found a food my dog loves and can use it while training without carrying wet food. My dog is taking longer to transition as she was on cooked but wont eat her cooked food without it as a topper now.

Dogs love it
Dogs love it, for how long is anyone's guess. Extremely fussy cavapoochon and poochon. I've lost count over 7 years how many times the food has been changed from raw, home made, freeze dried, tin wet, kibble. Fingers crossed Rocketo will be there main stay.
