The products look high end quality for sure but the service really not!

First of all, the delivery was chaotic. I placed an order end of November during the Black Friday. Delivery was supposed to happen on December 27th (3 weeks for a delivery from Italy to France is long, but why not). On 27th no news. It got delayed to 28th. On 28th no news. I had to send email to Shopdecor, to call FedEx 3 times and I finally got my delivery on January 3rd.

When I opened the box one delicate item was broken. I paid for 7€ insurance and there is not even 1€ of bubble wrap inside. Very disappointing. When I mentioned the problem, they offered to refund me 50% of the item or I could loose more of my time and ship the product and then they would send me another one.

Runaway from this company! Some of the items are available through amazon. Delivery is fast (around a week) and everything arrive in perfect condition. I will never buy from this company anymore. Ciao!

I was thrilled with the candle sconces, but have yet to receive the Emerald glass vase.

The lanterns were delivered fast and they look just as advertised. Perfect!

After I placed my order with Shopdecor through Amazon I looked at some recent Shopdecor reviews and some of the reviews were not good and I considered canceling my order. Since the order was backed by Amazon I decided to take the risk.
Well, to my surprise my order arrived today, 12 days sooner than expected. The item was exactly what I expected and in perfect condition and the price was a great value.

The item delivered is different than one I bought and requested return but no answer for two weeks now. I am stuck with something I don't need.

I placed an order November 17, 2020. I still have not received tracking information that items has been shipped. We are talking 20 days later and nothing, is this company a scam??!!!

The atrium/bird feeder is as pretty as pictured. The nut and bolt that hold the bust and atrium together were rusty when received.
