I booked the Hilton in Manchester for 1 night stay at £110 per night. When I got there they charged £154. This was the price GoSplitty had inputted I looked at the receipt and all the details where there accept the price

Appalling!!! Booked a hotel through Go Splitty, when I checked my bank they had removed almost double the amount. Contacted the help number, was advised to wait till the payment cleared then contact again. When this happened I was advised on the phone that yes it was incorrect and they would need to investigate. Shortly after was emailed that they had completed the investigation and the room was quoted in us dollars (making the higher charge). Sent through the booking receipt and screen shots showing that it was in AUD. Was then just told it must have been a glitch they can't honour the actual price. Since the price I was charged is even high than if I booked direct with the hotel asked for a refund and lost out on an additional $100 somehow?

Right now they are still advertising to hotel room at the AUD rate that they are saying they are unable to honour and it has been nearly 2 weeks.

We tried to cancel our reservation thru email & phone number given it’s all automated & you can’t talk to a real person. We called 15 times & spent hours on the phone. We lost over $300 from this fraudulent so called company. Don’t ever use them.

My booking was not honored. The property confirmed they didn't have any booking on my name. I have tried to contact the gosplitty team multiple times through email and phone. No one is responding or sometimes I was lucky to connect, they have me false assurance. Funny book and stay away

They are a legit company. Sometimes it is hard to get through to customer service you just have to be patience.

Seemed like a good price. I asked about any other fees and was told no. After my stay I was hit with more fees.

Total Scam. Never received my room and they stole my money. Cant get anyone on the phone except sales. Total scam

Go Splitty is great! I made the mistake of booking the wrong date and Garry from GoSplitty support was gracious enough to refund the full amount even with their non-refundable cancellation policy. Will use GoSplitty again and highly recommend to others!

Defaults to three days ahead. Obviousoly the date is important when making a booking. Ask yourself why they dont care about your dates. It changes date on u. Beware. Only good reviews are ppl who think they booked. Never after their stay.
Doesn't give you the date you are on like Expedia. Careful. Doesn't show u the Date either
Worst part. No one answers. It says all agents are busy exactly twice then click. Hangs up. All day. Called 15 times now. No way to talk to anyone.

They have the worst customer care. They got my reservation wrong and didn’t refund or amend the reservation. I had to make another reservation at the hotel, with anyone charge. I definitely would not recommend.

They've taken an extra $300 out of my account. Sent them an email days ago, not so much as a confirmation of receipt back. Phone number is down. So I guess they've just stolen money out of my account?

I booked a room with my wife for 4 days on the Gosplitty website, I got the confirmation email and the voucher, I arrive at the hotel, there is no reservation, I am in the street!

Booked a hotel through gosplitty and wanted to extend that stay by booking two extra nights. Accidentally or without our notice wrong dates were changed during the proces, but we discovered within 10 minutes after booking. Called them immediately and told about the issue, they said strict policy no changes can be made. We talked to the hotel, they said ofcourse we can change dates we allow gosplitty to change. We called and called waited three times for 45 minutes and they hang up every time. Through email ‘no changes due to strict policy’. This type of customer service is unbelievable and frustrating. Or is it their trick to change dates during the booking proces….Never book with them again!

This was my first time using gosplitty and I was extremely pleased with the experience. They clearly stated the guidelines prior to payment. Gosplitty saved me a lot of money on my hotel stay in Los Angeles. Their communication was very helpful. I would definitely use gosplitty in the future.

Don’t use go spotty. As you try and book their great advertised prices they will refresh the booking and without you realizing it they switch the currency and change booking to non-refundable.

After messaging to resolve it they canceled a seperate booking I had with them which was far cheaper. When I pointed out their error they told me there is nothing they can do.

Made a reservation through this company get an email today saying they had technical difficulties and didn’t make my reservation. This is two days later. So now the property is completely sold out for my nieces graduation so this company has totally screwed me over. I recommend not doing business with them Because at the end of the day, you’ll never get you’ll never get that. and they only offer 10% for the inconvenience. They ruined ruined my plans. So now I’m have to pay a lot more money which I didn’t plan on. I am beyond livid and will never ever ever do business with this company

Nachdem ich über eine Bewertung meinen Ärger öffentlich zum Ausdruck gebracht habe, reagierte die Serviceabteilung sofort und nahm Kontakt auf. Mein Problem wurde daraufhin umgehend zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst!
So soll es sein!

Leider kann ich die schlechten Erfahrungen nur bestätigen. Gebucht, bezahlt und im Hotel lag keine Buchung vor. Trotz mehrerer Mails keine Reaktion. Telefonisch nicht zu erreichen
Glücklicherweise nur 140 € futsch.
Nie wieder, für mich sind das Betrüger!
