Using this service for a few years now with no issues. But tried to renew sub and paid but didn't get the usual email with set up info. Talking to support for a bit showed receipt but are refusing to do anything because they don't see my email related to a payment. Even though receipt has an order number. I will be avoiding this service and you should too.

The above company should not be used, if you require a steady streaming service. Poor customer service, they never reply to chat or email messages, they keep changing their server and do not include your url, hence no streaming !
Their are plenty of other IPTV companies cheaper and more reliable!

⭐ 1/5 – The worst IPTV experience I’ve ever had

This is an absolute example of how not to run an IPTV service. Communication is disgraceful — they reply once or twice a day, sometimes not even that. If you reply within seconds in the morning, their response comes 12 hours later in the evening, if you’re lucky. Realistically, you “communicate” with them twice a day, sometimes three times, and that’s it.

The problems have been going on for over a month, and it’s always the same story: today it’s the server, tomorrow the playlist, the day after activation, then “reload,” then “check last playlist,” then “renew the plan and we’ll activate it.” Nobody seems to know what they’re doing. There are no solutions — only excuses and passing responsibility around.

The service is paid for, yet the channels do not work. The status remains inactive, the playlist is added, deleted, added again — the result is zero. You waste your time, your nerves, and your patience while they appear completely incapable of handling even the most basic tasks of their job.

This is not a professional service — it’s pure chaos. If you value your money and your sanity, stay far away. There are dozens of IPTV providers out there, but very few are this disorganized and irresponsible.

Was going to subscribe for a year but a friend warned me to trial it for a month before committing money and I'm glad I did. I was supposed to receive log in details right after paying but I had to contact customer services a couple of times and didn't get anything for a few days. Even then, live TV didn't work and customer services were unable to fix it for the entire month of my subscription. Using the live chat is soooo slow. The agents are clueless to do anything other than ask you to confirm your log in and reboot. They stopped responding after I asked for a refund and that was that! The agents also have a poor habit of calling customers "dear". Obviously won't be recommending them and they're not interested once they have your money. Would give them zero stars if possible.

Great responsive service provided

The customer service is always prompt in helping to fix all issues. I’ve not had any issues that has lasted for more than a day unless I don’t report it.

Was good until February this year when I had to renew. Since then had problems with connection with the server, and now even the customer service can't reach. Basically I pay something broken. Poor service. They gave me new url but no username and password. So I used the same once but not working. Now still not working. I'll not renew next year. Sorry

Did not use the app for 6 months due to travelling. When accessed on my return it had dropped all of my account details.
Tried to reenter details from original email without success.
Support was excellent in that it walked me through each stage until reconnected.
Now connected again and looking forward to accessing the wide range of programmes it provides.

My service had a few problems over the last month and I was told it was due to
Maintenance problems. Sometimes worked sometimes did not. I have this evening talked to Charlotte and all is now rectified and appropriate compensation by way of renewal discount on my two accounts is to be provided. So well done gotvmix.

Generally works really well. Sometimes goes down but the support team normally (but not always) find a solution.

Firstly, their streaming service is poor, you can not contact them either by what’s app or their online platform, to make any complaints. I have several subscriptions with them, all of which will be cancelled and will raise a dispute with PayPal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!

Great and reliable service, been with them a few years and I highly recommend them, better than most services out there.

Great service, Got my box up and runing after a snag. The only problem I had is that they offer £5 discount if you take off the payment guaranty if you want your money back for a bad service.

Customer service is super helpful.. they’re patient and focused on customer satisfaction.. was having technical glitches and I received all the help and patience to solve the issue..

I was recommended to OneIptv , and was not too confident about signing up using a web chat ( I am in my mid sixties) and not that Tech savvy.

Well, I have to say the chat facility is simple fast and very user friendly to use. The agents provide clear instructions, and support one through the process, which takes little or no time to complete.

So in a nutshell, a great product , backed by great service , I will definiatly recommend to my friends.
