Gourmet eLiquid Avaliações 

I placed an order on Sunday 28th June, But i ordered the wrong flavour liquids, So i thought i would message them late Sunday to ask them to cancel the order when they open on Monday morning, However this was not answered at all and the order was dispatched.

So i messaged again when the order turned up on Tuesday, But again this message has been ignored completely, And i just can't get help from anyone, And as someone with severe autism it's massively stressing :(

I just want someone to help me with getting a return or refund sorted.

Orders are always dispatched very swiftly and delivery is very quick. I’ve always gotten great customer service as had to reach out to them a couple of times.

I had never used GOURMET E-LIQUID before but my favourite liquids which are the ONLY 2 liquids that I will use on an all day everyday basis were completely sold out at my usual two online suppliers, slightly panicked by this discovery the hunt was on, Several more out of stock sites later and to my absolute relief i came across Gourmet e-liquid and there they were my favourite little 10ml bottles waiting for me to find them so without hesitation i ordered 5 of each and the day was saved. This order was received by me within 24hrs, All the little boxes in pristine condition, not a single one squashed like they often are. Very impressed by Gourmet e-liquid from packaging to speed of delivery , WILL definitely use this company again and DO highly recommend.

Brilliant customer service.
I ordered 4 batteries and had a problem with 2 of these batteries emailed them and a response was given first thing the next morning and 4 replacement batteries were sent out first classed and received the next day. Cannot rate these enough great prices too.
