It's a scam!!!
I bought a travel backpack through TicTok app during the purchase they have charged me twice and apparently I have subscribed for a membership service and I haven't bought any products but the they have charged for both but I haven't subscribed for anything. Got in touch the agent put phone down on me and the 2nd agent was a bit of a help but still no refunds or there's no BACKPACKS on order either.

Escalation team were quick to respond to my online chats and emails. The issue was eventually sorted. They provided a good service and communication.

Es ist ein Bezahlabonnement. Es wird täglich Geld belastet. Die Firma ist ein Be-trug. Geld zurück gibt es nicht. Seit ich diese Bestellung aufgegeben habe weird mir täglich noch von 2 anderen Firmen Geld abgezogen! Finger weg!

Si alguien ve estos productos son falsas yo pagué con mi tarjeta. Y no llega el producto estos son estafadores no caigan en esto ya están detrás de ellos ojalá recupere mi dinero.

I received an email from Boots with a Oral B toothbrush offer. Clicked on the link and was asked to pay £3 GBP which I did as site looked genuinely from Boots so thought it was a real good offer and paid the £3, to find out after payment it was not actually from Boots but from Govibags, "Pyd Govibags.com -£3.00" is what showed on my bank statement, so of course rang my bank and froze the card I used to pay with. Very misleading if this is there marketing tactic, to get to their site and charge on a offer which is fraudulent . Lesson learnt, if the offer is too good to be true, most likely its a scam !
