Terribly delayed shipping and handling
Ordered on the 6th. “Shipped” on the 9th, but in two separate packages. Here it is the 16th, one item showing a delivery date of today but also showing that it’s still sitting in Gary Indiana (FedEx) but it’s supposed to be in Pittsburgh. The other item doesn’t even show a delivery date now (USPS) and shows it has been sitting in NJ since the wee early hours of yesterday morning. Had I known FedEx was involved, I never would have ordered and USPS is almost as bad. Can’t even cancel the order at this point to get something else from someone else more expedient.

I had a few issues but Addie at customer service was a phenomenal person to work with. She made me feel valued and important as a customer. She resolved my issues and I hope as I order more from Govx I can contact her for any issues that might arise. Now my Oakleys are on their way.

I have yet to buy from this company so I can’t comment on their products. I am just asking that they stop with the cheesy commercials. Why do you have to make the officers look like a bunch of brainless idiots. The way they talk, the macho behavior, the finger in their buddy’s face. Cmon, get real.
