Five sessions in and feeling much less anxious

I find the system to be quite insightful, and initially I found the eye movements distracting, but after a few runs I feel like it clicked, and I got It. they became a playful way to stay present while processing my emotional responses, so I could work with them without feeling so blended. Very good tool!

Really helpful for staying on top of my…

Really helpful for staying on top of my mental health between therapy visits. I actually enjoy the sessions, which I didn't expect, and it makes it so much easier to stay consistent.

Feeling less stuck

I've been finding Waji very helpful. It's easy to get on and work on things. The sessions are personalized and thoughtful, honestly I'm impressed by it. I've been using it for a little while now and it feels like something is starting to change inside of me for the better.

Great for rough patches

Waji is a great friend. I can always log in and complete a session anytime I feel stressed or triggered. It leaves me feeling calmer and more in control of my day and my emotional state.

Game changer

I am so glad to have discovered Waji!

I've struggled with depression for a long time, along with trauma related to family, relationships, and work/the world. I've tried multiple therapy apps along with in-person counseling, where many of those experiences amounted to little more than just journaling, and I did not experience any real growth. During my first session with Waji, the experience felt immediately active and hands on in a meaningful way. (Finally!)

For me, Waji has been a helpful resource that supports me in working through things in a structured and manageable way. I like that I can move at my own pace, pause when I need to, or revisit something later. It feels grounding and practical rather than overwhelming, and I appreciate having a process that gives me space without pressure. Super grateful for the team for building something that works and gives me a sense of real movement forward.

Simple and effective

This program is a pretty simple and easy way to ease stress and anxiety. I don’t have a large amount of PTSD symptoms but have underlying anxiety and depression symptoms that come about due to some past traumatic events in my life. This tool has been helpful especially in moments where my brain gets noisy and I begin spiraling. I also really like that it gives the user control to track their progress and see growth over time. That in and of itself is a good motivator to keep up on sessions.

A Real Life Changing Experience

I was going through an extremely traumatic breakup; I couldn't eat, I couldn't think about anything else, my nervous system was on high alert everyday all day. I didn't know when the grief would end - as dramatic as that sounds, I felt like I wanted to fall into the earth, or that my life was ending and I couldn't see a way out - This app turned my depression around in a matter of WEEKS. It has completely healed the adrenaline/anxiety/panic attacks I would get just thinking about him. Again, at the expense of sounding melodramatic, this has been a literal life changer and I wish everyone would have the opportunity to experience this kind of healing. Because we've all been through some hard times.
