G Plan's furniture is stylish, practical, well made, well-designed, long lasting and worth every penny. Most importantly, is is also offers great comfort!
We have just replaced our 20-year-old G-plan suite and the build quality of the new suite is amazing. Having looked around at alternatives, the difference in quality when compared to cheaper brands is clear.
Some other brands may appear to be of a similar quality at first glance but with a bit of man-handling it is obvious that they will have a short life-span and are made with many corners being cut. This is definitely not the case with G Plan.
I am happy to recommend G plan without hesitation. Thank you.

Very happy with my purchase

Beautifully crafted piece of furniture and such a warm yet vibrant colour too. We are really pleased!

The leather recliner two seater sofa was delivered on time as arranged. The leather quality was recommended by our local store Reeds of Downham Market to meet our expectations. The guarantee of 25 years also was reassuring.

Before ordering, check that when seated fully back on furniture seat cushions that your feet will reach the floor.
We purchased a GPlan large 2 seater sofa, also a small 2 seater sofa and a chair in leather from Solent Beds and Furniture. When we tried the furniture in the showroom, there was a lovely thick rug in front of the furniture and we had our shoes on. This unknowingly elevated our feet and we didn't give this a second thought. We didn't consider this when making the purchase and it wasn't pointed out to us or suggested that we remove our shoes or the rug to check for a correct fit. We were just so pleased to be able to purchase the furniture from GPlan as we believe their quality and customer service to be 5/5.
When our furniture was delivered, it seemed too tall for us as our feet don't touch the floor and our feet dangle in the air (is this due to us not having a rug or wearing our shoes in the house?). This means that we have to engage the electric footrest to sit comfortably.
We are so unhappy with this purchase and feel that we have made a very expensive mistake by not checking the measurements correctly.
Sadly we cannot return the furniture to the furniture store as they advised us that GPlan make them to order.
I wish there was a grace period offered to customers to return their furniture if not fully satisfied.

Sofas are lovely and comfy and we have received lots of compliments. However, USB ports do not accommodate new ipads.

Excellence from Tara, totally professional with great follow ups. We felt cared for and gave us reassurance. And because of Tara from G Plan we will buy again and would recommend to all.

The Gplan sofa we purchased is so hard and uncomfortable I contacted their customer service
Customer service has confirmed their sofas are not meant to be comfortable to start with but have to be worn in well we have had our one for seven months and it is as hard and uncomfortable as the day we got it and shows no sign of easing so if your thinking of buying one you should bear this in mind I will continue reviewing this sofa regularly until it is usable without sitting on cushions

I was impressed by the design and comfort quality and attention to detail very happy with the purchase l don’t think you improved in any way .

The three piece suite was an ex display model and was heavily discounted.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
An added bonus was the removal of the old suite.

The Engineer, Steve Peberdy, called and confirmed his arrival time. On arrival, he was extremely polite and very well presented. He explained in detail of what he would be doing, showed us what the problem was detailed what was needed to be carried out to rectify the issue
He worked in an exceptionally clean and efficient manner. Sheets were laid out in the working area and once the rectification work had been completed he ensured that all unwanted materials were removed and the whole area clean and tidy
We can only speak very highly of Steve Peberdy and would have no hesitation in recommending him in future and welcome him back should, in the unlikely event, that his services would be required again

I like my sofas and chair very much but my small two seater sofa does not match up properly where it is clipped together. The retailer has been back to see it about 3 weeks ago and said they would get in touch with GPlan but so far I have heard nothing.

This chair is of poor quality. The upholstery is not crafted to any standard of workmanship, and the material beneath the cushion is no better than fabric from a reused grocery bag. The leather itself is not of high quality — it feels cheap and does not match the premium claims made by the brand.

After only three months of purchase, one of the caster wheels came off while I was sitting in the chair, leaving it unbalanced and tipping me out — causing harm.

I bought the chair from John Lewis, yet they are only willing to repair the leg, even though under consumer law I am entitled to a full refund. Customers deserve honesty and safety, but this chair offers neither.

G Plan advertises its furniture as high‑quality and well‑crafted. This is untrue. The product is badly made, unsafe, and misleadingly marketed. I will not buy from G Plan again, and John Lewis has failed to uphold the standards I expected after decades of loyalty.

Do not buy anything from G Plan, nor from John Lewis.

I had an issue with my old recliner really from the day I bought it. The button kept coming away and it would not recline. I had to have it repaired 3 or 4 times but the last time I was told they could no longer get parts for it. I contacted G-Plan directly and asked for my issue to be escalated to a manager. I was then contacted by Kara and she told me they would give me a new chair and true to her word a brand new power recliner chair was delivered to my home. I cannot thank Kara enough and cannot fault G-Plan. Kara even filled in my warranty for me and told me to contact her with any issues. 5 stars is not enough for the service I received from Kara. I would definitely recommend G-Plan

The Gplan Expert who came to our house a week after we reported a possible fault, and and was able to sort out our problem on site. Brilliant service, thank you.

Very pleased with the item quality a d the look of the sofa plus I like that you can split the sofa so you can make 2 3 seating sofa into a 4 seater and a 3 seater I to a 2 seater just by unclipping them and moving the middle seat great design idea

Purchased 2 Parker Knoll sofas, non reclining, took delivery on 1st September. The cushions were not as firm as the sofa in the showroom and it felt as though I was leaning to the centre. I contacted the shop I purchased them from, who contacted Parker Knoll. They rang and a fitter came out, put new cushions in and the sofas are now as I expected and the fitter was excellent.
