As I’ve only been using for 3 weeks
As I’ve only been using for 3 weeks, difficult to give a performance and effect review. However, I do like the info, ethos and detailed information on products and how they may help. They are very easy products to take. If I’m honest, I believe there is a slight improvement on my stress levels, how I’m feeling “healthy “ and not that bothered about the biscuit tin! I’ll do another review after 3 months which, hopefully, would show more improvement. Do like the Company, presentation and service.

Poor buyer experience in the EU
The rating is about experience and being misled, NOT the products I ordered. When I got a message from GP Nutrition that there are no EU customs charges up to the value of 150 euro, I was really happy so made an order. However, that is NOT the case. The products I bought (in the value of 105 euro) were dispatched fast and arrived fast to Germany. Then it took almost 4 weeks for the Germany customs to process the consignment and then I got a letter to come personally to the customs office, open the package, explain what is in it and PAY 7% tax. And in the meantime I am getting reminders to submit a review of products that I have received only today. I assume the company does not know that the package has not been delivered.
I have not tried the products as I just brought them home from the customs office but will and am sure they are good. I have bought two books by Gabriela Peacock and they helped me with weight loss and maintenance. However, I will never buy any of your products in the UK again. Please consider selling on Amazon or get a stockist in Germany or any other EU country.

This shouldn't have been the case, as we have an IOSS number, which allows us to send orders to the EU without customers having to pay any charges on orders under €150. This has been the case for a few months, and had been working without any issues, and we will look into this as a matter of urgency.
In the meantime, could you please email hello@gpnutrition.com with a copy of your customs receipt, and we can reimburse you for this. We will also be able to provide you with an update once we have looked into this further.

It's ok, could be quicker delivery but it does get to the right place.
I've been subscribing for maybe 3 months now and it seems to be ok. It's usually last minute or even a day late before receiving the next pack but it does arrive. The courier does manage to get the right house thankfully - living in an old farmhouse it is a 5 minute walk to my nearest neighbour so for me it's make or break for that reason when I try a company.

Great book.
Great book with some recipes. As a diabetic the need to understand the process is paramount. I would love to see some on the go lunches. It would help those who, like me, have to work!
