GPSTraining Avaliações

Andy the trainer was excellent, he had a great knowledge of the products and he was excellent in the way he presented the course. The course itself was very informative.

Replacement Garmin GPS belt clip arrived as agreed and is working fine.

I decided on Friday to see if I could trade in my old trusted Coros pace 2 watch at GPS training , I was quickly given a price which I took until Sunday to decide I would go for it.
Monday morning I sent off my Coros to Andy at GPS training then to day Wednesday I got a message from Jon giving me the link to make my purchase of the new Suunto race 2 with the trade in price taken off the total. Once I made the purchase I quickly received another message letting me know my new Suunto was being posted to me by special delivery.
From the initial enquiry with Andy to the final follow through to purchase with Jon I knew I had made the right choice by buying from GPS training.
You will be hard pressed to find a better buying experience, both Andy & Jon are professional, courteous and friendly.
Thank you GPS training

I bought a battery pack for my GPS from GPSTraining. The purchase went well, no problems.

Spoke to Andy and ordered gpsmap h1 and ordnance survey maps card 125,000 really enjoying using it ,it was a quick delivery too.

Once again, GPS Training has gone the extra mile to ensure you feel like a valued customer, no matter the size of your purchase.

I had my Garmin GPS for a few years, but hardly used it due to lack of knowledge and understanding. I booked a 1 to 1 training day with Andy and it was absolutely invaluable. Many thanks to Andy, Jon, and the team at Shepherds Walks.

Very helpful and excellent knowledge of the GPS parts i wanted

Excellent service always there when you need them

Customer care is 2nd to none, Excellent

I found the package informative have not looked at every thing properly yet one part I found I could not access was when you conclude a walk that you stared from scratch was how to record and save that particular walk. So that I could transfer it on baseline.

Importance aspect for me was it was tested before dispatch with my Ordnance Survey card I bought was checked and working. And a phone number to call to a human being if I need any help.

I ended up requesting a return for the product I bought and the owner called me to understand the problem I was having and try to help me resolve it. The information provided in the online training videos was excellent as was the support from the shop. Call it a knowledge gap on my part, the product wouldn't do the thing I wanted it for. GPSTraining did everything you would expect from a thoroughly professional retailer. A lesson for us all when online shopping is that if there's any doubt in your mind about the product you're buying, ring them and talk it through. If they can't help you, go somewhere else. I have since found a way of doing exactly what I wanted to do for off road cycling so all is well but if I ever did find myself thinking about GPS units again, I wouldn't go anywhere else but GPSTraining simply for the knowledge and professionalism they showed.

The company have been very helpful from the very start when I sent them an email and asked them for help and advice on purchasing a GPS
This is something that I knew very little about.
The help and advise was excellant and the after sales Technical help is first class.

Great company to deal with. Lot of product support available.

Love the TwoNav GPS, already had a Terra and recently purchased the Aventura for the longer battery life. I have a 50 mile event this year and, injuries permitting, the LDWA 100 in 2027. I can't fault the service and support from GPS Training and would recommend them every time over Amazon.

Knowledgeable balanced advice and real attention to detail and applying it to my needs.
Superb.

What a brilliant company. The only place to buy GPS unit from especially given the level of support offered in helping you get the best from your purchase. They obviously care about their customers.
Top marks.

Excellent service - way above and beyond that you’d receive by saving a fiver somewhere else. Fast delivery and great communication plus an amazing array of opportunities to gain knowledge from the years of experience GPS training have amassed. Would highly recommend

The range and quality of the videos provided was excellent. Each video is short and deals with a very specific topic so it is easy to pick out exactly what you want to check out.
