I made a rookie error and ordered the wrong fans for my sons graphics card. I got in touch with GPUConnect and John could not have been more helpful - quick response times and a promptly issued refund.
I purchased the correct fans (top tip, always measure your fan diameter!) and although GPUConnect did not have them in stock in the UK they still arrived in a very timely fashion. I think its always a good sign when a company handles a problem well, in this instance I was the problem and they handled it perfectly!

Easy to install and has made it a great way to upgrade from the standard fans on my Aorus waterforce 4090

Got my replacement mouse wheel part and found no problems with structure and is now actively used in my mouse. Delivery was good, packaging arrived fine.

Trying to find a full set of fans for my previous graphics card from a seller that wasn't sketchy or didn't seem like a rip off was difficult. International shipping was standard fair, all in all took 17 days to get to the my state and I'm not complaining to be honest. Price wasn't too bad either.
I'm satisfied and more than likely would purchase again if I needed something else.
