I hopped on a consultation call with Logan- he was very short, very basic, every time we thought he'd get us excited with an answer, he gave a short answer with a long awkward pause of silence and an "any more questions?" response. No smiles, no excitement, didn't really sell the program. And as someone who is looking into arbitration- it would be our job to SELL. How can I trust a company to teach me to sell, if they can't even sell me on the program? Another thing that put me off during our call was when talking more about the coaching program he called people ignorant who asked a coach a question about something that was already in the module. He said usually a coach would respond with "refer to module 'x' "... If that is how your coaches respond to their members instead of walking them through that module- might as well use a chat bot! Why would anyone pay over 5k/mo for that type of *or lack thereof* support?
Worst of it- I had asked Logan to send me an email after our call with a more detailed breakdown on what we'd be investing in. He provided us with the same information he already gave our team- the price of each package with basic things like "start up course"
I responded asking him about things like what I might expect to see in the startup course... what exactly am I investing in?
No response. After 6 days, I followed up. 2 days later, still no response. He has literally ignored us.
If this is how they sell a product/service or support their members... WE WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH IT! I feel this company is here to take your money- not here to actually support you. Reading positive reviews honestly makes me doubt the credibility of those reviews!

Training provided is mediocre, recorded lectures basically. Coaching lessons are nice but sometimes people turn up 10 min late or don't turn up. Some coaches have plug and play "calculation" sheets but don't give you access. Upsell for access. Overall organisation/response times are messy at best, sometimes Kristen just ignores you.

Very unprofessional and rude method of communication, they are only good at sending marketing emails out

Haven't taken the leap on str yet, but in the 3 days that I attended this webinar, it was the jumpstart I needed. I appreciated their person first approach followed by an immense amount of information and knowledge that can help even the newest of business owners. I'm definitely considering working with this team.

I recently attended a three day course with the GPWN team and by the end of the three days, the amount of knowledge and guidance I received was immense. You could be a beginner or you could already have a property portfolio, but the broad teachings and personal experiences shared meant that you would definitely learn something if not many things. They spoke through the processes of setting up and succeeding, the positives of the R2R model and also softwares used that will benefit you greatly. Thoroughly enjoyed and I am grateful for everything that the team shared.

That's a nonsense company. selling dreams that will not come true. Here's why:
1. Yield - on our meeting the showed me an ADR of 348$ a night for a 1 bedroom apt in Dubai. Based on my 11 years of experience on Airbnb - this is beyond possible. When I asked the sales man - are these REAL numbers - he replied without hesitation - YESSS!
2. When ever I hear : if you buy our product now (or within the next 24 I run as fast as I can.
3. The number didn't match realty.
4. When I started to ask questions - the Zoom meeting was cut down with no attempt to renew it.
Please think 100000 times before you commit. I guess there are no short cuts.

So grateful for the GPWN team!! Brilliant experience. We joined the scale up program with 3 serviced accommodation properties and have now been able to scale to 15 properties. The community has been a huge support, content really easy to apply and it’s now given us the confidence to keep building beyond what we thought was possible. Our business has now been able to transform our life.

I had a great learning experience with 3 days workshop on short term rentals, it was helpful, motivating and inspiring. I look forward to further tieing up with James and team as I am closer to my dream

I attended James’s 3 day challenge and the amount of information that way provided was outstanding. Was hesitant to sign up for the 3 day course thinking it was going to be a giant sales pitch but instead found it full of practical information. Every part of the course was useful and James and his team were all down to earth, realistic and professional. Learned a lot and highly recommend!
