Ordered 2 pack/6 bareroot tree rose/pack, mystery bundle, just arrive today. Very disappointed they sent 2 same roses. 2 picture perfect, 2 vavoom, 2 veterans, 2 sunsprite, 2 perfume factory, 1 olympiad and 1 iceberg. Flowers are all the regular old roses, petal counts are 17 to 40s. I knew its kind of too good to be true cuz per
Tree rose cost $23 but no warranty. Some roots are too short. Last year ordered bare root bush, came with super long roots. Will not order to this company anymore

This company is so scammy. They pump your money into deceptive marketing practices, pay to play affiliates, and fake bot reviews on their website. I spent over $400 on 3 estate roses, including one gifted on Mother's day. I wish I knew. These are not 3-4 year old roses. All were weak and frail, and put in the largest "estate" gallons. They forgot to transfer one of them, so it came in its original 2 gallon pot even though I paid premium prices. I grow roses just like my mother did, the roses that arrived however, were humorously pitiful. They charge upwards of 130-150 for these. The ones are sold at your local nursery are $30 and healthier. You will have to go through the process of a chargeback because they do not respond to emails.

I placed an order on April 6th that included specific rose varieties that were clearly advertised and a key reason for my purchase.
I was never notified that one of those varieties (Sunbelt Savannah) was unavailable — I only found out after reaching out myself.
While I understand that availability can change in agriculture, the lack of communication is what’s concerning. The order I placed is not the order they are able to fulfill, yet I was told I could not cancel due to a 24-hour policy.
This directly impacts my business and production planning. I would have appreciated proactive communication and more flexibility given the circumstances.
Hoping management will reconsider how situations like this are handled moving forward.

Ordered several bare root roses. The delivery only included 2 out of 7. I reached out to customer service three times over the course of the last 3 weeks with zero response. Very poor customer service.

On their website, they encourage you to signup to receive 10% off coupon everywhere. When you signup, received the coupon, and found out the coupon is not working. Then you contact their customer support, and they told you this: Thank you for reaching out about the coupon code issue. Currently, there are no active coupon codes available for use, and Grace Rose Farm does not support discount codes at this time. We understand this might be disappointing, but we hope you'll still enjoy the quality and beauty of our fresh-cut garden roses. If you have any other questions or need help with your order, let me know!
Don't buy from this store, they are dishonest!

I sent roses from gracerosefarm to celebrate my friend’s birthday. It turned out very disappointing. For $119 plus tax, those roses didn’t live up to their name. I was thinking to order more for my son’s wedding next year. Feel pretty bad now.

I should have researched this company before ordering because they have TONS of bad reviews and complaints. I ordered 4 tree roses and received 3. UPS tracking says that the fourth rose was never sent to them. I’ve contacted customer service 5 times since August 16th to get the other rose shipped. They are not responding at all. Completely ghosting me. It’s September 5th and no response. I disputed the charge and won’t order from them again.

Beautiful cut roses and bushes. I have been a customer for over 5 years and could not be happier. I have recently started to add their rose bushes to my garden. I added 6 last year and about 35 so far this year. By far some done most unique and beautiful roses and rose bushes on the market.
