Customer service agent called Mel is a diamond, they are lucky to have her over there. Got an iMac and there were a few additional marks on the screen due to it being a high gloss screen during delivery. She was willing to replace or give a partial refund of 10%, can't ask fairer than that. Business with them again anytime, thank you. Loyal customer here, I will return!
