Team are very approachable in store, quick delivery of exactly what I was looking for and extra examples of how I could style my jewellery.

I chose Graff expecting a seamless, high-end experience consistent with the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, my experience fell well short of this.

My ring was ordered online and delivery took significantly longer than the timeframe stated in Graff’s own terms and conditions. I received no order confirmation, order number, delivery confirmation, or invoice, and had to intervene personally to resolve courier issues whereby the parcel was stuck in transit so took an extra day before delivery - 11 days in total.

When the ring arrived, it was not wearable for me in practice and ultimately had to be returned. The return process itself was problematic, involving further delays and a missed collection. While the purchase price has since been refunded, this came only after a protracted and frustrating process and took the full five working days to appear in my account.

What was most disappointing was not a single issue in isolation, but the cumulative experience and the tone of the subsequent correspondence, which felt cold and impersonal and did not acknowledge the inconvenience caused. For a luxury house of this standing, I expected far greater attention to detail, communication, and client care.

Regrettably, this experience has significantly undermined my confidence in purchasing from Graff again.
