Horrible Experience with these Folks
I ordered a candle over 3 weeks ago and realized quickly it would not ship for Christmas. I tried to cancel it for a week but no response from customer service UNTIL I received a shipper tracking ID number. They told me it was too late as the item had shipped. That was December 26th. As of today, the item has not left China and I cannot get a response from customer service. This is after they reiterated their "iron-clad guarantee". I am clearly not the only person whom has had this issue so I highly recommend, you do not use them. I am pretty sure I will not receive my product or a refund at this rate since I haven't heard from them in a week and a half.

ome crystal mineral coffee…Don't be a dummy. Do your research first.
I purchased some crystal mineral coffee mugs and they were not as advertised. I bought four the first time and were unable to use because you cannot put hot liquids or use in microwave as advertised. They were not coffee mug sizes. They were about half the size of a coffee mug. This company is advertising items in a deceiving and false manner. What makes this so sad is that my sister is a big coffee drinker and gave her these cups for Christmas. How embarrassing this was. Well they became nicnacks for my shelf. The quality was very poor. Well I would like to say more but this should be suffient. Well I thought this was a small error. So dummy me bought another set of four. Customer service. Oops good luck. Lesson learned. Please don't be me.

Grafton Collection's checkout page claims a 4.6 review rating with TrustPilot....
Yet there's ZERO reviews here. I have a screenshot of them claiming a TrustPilot rating of 4.6.
The few reviews I found online were very negative - people never receiving their orders, not being given a refund, etc. Now I'm wondering if I should cancel my order and dispute with my credit card company if necessary. I normally would have checked out any company I was unfamiliar with BEFORE placing the order, but I had too many interruptions along with their shopping cart not working correctly, and I just wanted to get the order done.
