We are an independent, family run soft furnisher based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Established in 1968. We offer fitting and measuring services within our local area and have an extensive book and sample library at our showroom on Kings Road. We look forward to welcoming you to help with your soft furnishing needs. All samples are sent direct from our suppliers and this order was placed on the 13th of July. Unfortunately your sample was on back order, but we were not informed that the sample was out of stock when we placed your order, therefore were unable to pass the information onto yourself. I do understand the inconvenience of this and we do pass this feedback onto our suppliers. I can see my colleague has already refunded you the 75p. I paid £10 for delivery of a two metre length of braid and it took well over a week. No communication re timescale was given. It held up the job I needed it for. Item was lovely and quality.

We are sorry to hear that the delivery timescale caused an issue with your project.
To clarify the timeline, your order was placed on Friday 3rd July. The braid was a supplier-stock item, which arrived with us on Wednesday 8th July. We dispatched it the same day on a DHL next working day service, which is the fastest shipping option we offer and costs us over £10 per shipment.
We appreciate that the overall lead time was longer than you had expected and we are sorry that this wasn't communicated more clearly at the time of your order. We understand how frustrating delays can be when you're working to a deadline.
Thank you again for taking the time to leave your feedback. We will use it to improve our communication around lead times for supplier-stock items.

Very good service. The only thing I would say is that I called to ask when my blinds were arriving and they said the person making the blinds was off sick. It might have been good to have a call to tell me this. However the blinds arrived the following week and they look lovely. Thank you.

First time ordering curtains online and everyone at Graham Sanderson could not have been more helpful. I needed to change my original fabric which was not a problem and they kept me informed by phone or email during the entire process.
