I needed to get my hotel room decorated for my daughter's 19th birthday.
We were traveling from the United States to the United Kingdom for the 1st time venturing into the unknown. I googled and multiple options came up. I reached out and Grande Balloon responded. I was little timid and afraid as there are so many scamming happening online but the owner made me feel comfortable and trusting.
I would definitely do business again with Grande Balloon in the future if there is ever a need.

How do i begin my appreciation for the wonderful service i received from the business owner "Sylvia". Her customer service is superb and second to none. From the moment i got in touch online, she was there to respond to my chats, i ordered for a galland of ballons and she did not only deliver on time as promised but also provided support by giving me free advice towards planning my hubby's birthday party.
