⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable MotoGP Experience – Thanks to Craig Mutimer!

Where do I even begin? From my very first interaction with Craig Mutimer, our Travel Event Sales Specialist for the MotoGP at Phillip Island, right through to race day, his level of service has been nothing short of exceptional!

We arrived on Thursday, and from the moment we got here, Craig went above and beyond to ensure our entire experience was absolutely perfect. From accommodation and food to all the exciting race day events, every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of.

What truly stood out to me was Craig's genuine hospitality and attentiveness. He didn't just organise our experience and leave us to it. He consistently checked in on us, making sure we were comfortable, happy and had everything we needed. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him.

Craig is incredibly friendly, approachable, professional and exceptionally organised. It's rare to come across someone who takes such genuine pride in what they do and makes you feel so personally looked after.

This was our very first MotoGP experience at Phillip Island, and what an unforgettable experience it has been! While the racing itself was incredible, having someone like Craig looking after us made the entire trip that much more special.

I cannot recommend Craig highly enough! If you're ever considering a MotoGP experience, Craig is absolutely the person you want organising it. His dedication, attention to detail and genuine care for his guests are second to none.

This is the first time I’ve used Grand Prix Grand Tours and it won’t be the last. I normally arrange all my trips but the F1 Singapore package looked ideal and I was able to tailor it to suit our needs. The organisation from start to finish was exemplary and when I had an initial issue with our tickets appearing in the App, this was resolved straight away. Everything ran very smoothly from the airport transfers, to the hotel, and the pit grandstand seats were excellent. If there was anything that could have enhanced the experience, it would have been nice to meet our fellow travellers at the beginning for a welcome drink/get together, although this wasn’t a deal breaker.

The Bahrain/Malaysia Grand Prix was a logistically nightmare from the host country's end. However GPGT did the best they could out of these circumstances and made it as comfortable as they could for their guests including my husband & I.
I was pregnant during that time and our tour host James & Nixon went above and beyond to ensure I was safe and didn't have to stand in a 1.5KM queue just to get to the ticket stand.

The bus transfer was comfortable to/fro the track and we're both so thankful that we went with GPGT to have our first Sepang F1 experience.

This was a fantastic experience and everything ran really smoothly. Information was very clear and there was no concerns whatsoever. For anyone going to F1 Singapore, having a hotel that overlooks part of the circuit is a real bonus.

the race and information was fine seat location ideal weather was hot but nice and comfortable food and drink near by reasonable cost access and egress very easy although very few seats to rest

The entire trip was perfect from the flights, the airport transfers, the hotel but most important the experience at the F1 was amazing. We had a hospitality package ( in the Torque) the food and drink were excellent, the hospitality of the hostesses was amazing and the grandstand had the most brilliant view. All in all we had a wonderful time and will be looking to repeat the experience at another venue soon

Everyone was so easy to work with and everything rang smoothly couldn’t recommend more highly!

Everything went like clockwork from transport to hotel, a great hotel overlooking the track and seats overlooking the pits.
The instructions were well laid out and everything explained.

Well organised and I was kept well informed all the way.
Although not the cheapest you certainly get what you pay for!

What can i say…. Just brilliant.

Everything taken care of from start to finish, flights spot on, hotel transfers waiting for us, hotel literally 10 minute walk to the Padang grandstand.

Everything worked as it should with great communication from booking to leaving for Singapore.

Second booking with GPGT and will be using again for next, only problem i have is which GP to choose!!

The whole experience from first contact was excellent, everything happened when it was supposed too, that was the reason I booked with GPGT. The only fly in the ointment was on the night we were being picked up at the hotel I received a phone call from the taxi company five minutes before they were supposed to pick us up “ is it tonight your going home or tomorrow “ !! This was a little unsettling but the taxi arrived within 10 minutes so not to bad in the end but a little unsettling at the time.

Overall an excellent experience. Our hotel was in a perfect location for F1 Singapore, literally across the road from our entrance. Hotel, staff and amenities were all fantastic. Overall another great F1 trip booked with GPGT.

Seamless trip to Singapore. All details well executed and tips to get to/from the track were excellent. Communication was very good and support quick. Would book again!

It was a memorable experience for us. The Padang Package we avail from GPGT is worth it. They gave us the best seating in the grandstand, the accommodation is such a game changer as it is near the MRT station. And the smooth airport transfers. The team behind was so accommodating and they adjust according to our time difference.

Everything ran well, from airport transfers - hotel check in - circuit transfers. (Traffic in and out of Sepang is out of anyone's control, just like the tickets being issued last minute in this specific case). Good communication via email leading up to trip. Group communication via Whatsapp on track days was helpful on the day, as even the best of plans need to change. Grandstand seats row A Ruby section were awesome. I usually arrange my own trips and as a GPGT first timer was a bit hesitant, but this let me just relax.

This was the most perfect trip for my son and I. My son is a big Max fan and to see him win at our first circuit was a very special moment for us. James was the perfect host. Ensured everyone was happy. Hotel was great. Clean and wonderful service. Transport to and from the tack was great. It has been our best F1 trip to date. And will be happy to book our future trips with you.

The entire process prior to the start and end of my trip was seamless. James and crew maintained timely communication which really helped me enjoy the Grand Prix. Hotel accommodations were spot on..The Doubletree Hotel was the BEST I have ever stayed at, of all the other GPs packages purchased in the past; location was fantastic.The Grandstand package I purchased was worth the price. I firmly believe that I can see myself (and wife) doing another GP with ya'll...perhaps 2028 Singapore or Silverstone; 2027 GP has already been booked with another GP company. One recommendation: Transportation for Fridays would be a great addition since public transportation was a nightmare.
