I ordered a Babolat racket yesterday unstrung as I have a couple of rackets to be restrung with my own stringer and the store called me straight after to double check that this was correct before sending it out. It has already been delivered less than 24 hours later perfectly protected and with a towel with a loop to hook onto the railing as a gift that is going to come in very handy. Great customer service. Michael and Sam are managers of the Tennis shop and they provide a good range of tennis rackets from the top selling brands. I did purchase a Babolat Pure Aero racket and when I called them to ask for help with an issue they were extremely helpful and solved my problem in the most courteous, professional and respectful way. Strongly recommend Grandstandsports if you live in the Dublin South area and want to get good advice and the personal touch that is missing from online stores.

Best customer service. If they don't have what you need in store they will (if possible) get it for you. The staff also know there stuff. very helpful!
