Came on time and very professional, picked up the problem. Will be coming back with part

Firstly I was impressed with the booking system at their website, then got even more impressed with the punctuality of the engineer. Boiler service was done very professionally and at very good rate. Definitely would recommend it to others and will be using this company in the future. Thank you Grand Union 🙂

Very fast and efficient services. The engineer spot the problem immediately. I would 100% recommend Grand Union to anyone.

very efficient and speedy. friendly. arrived on time. would definitely recommend. same time next year.

We had our old boiler replaced today as it had run its course, I received a text to let me know exactly when the engineer was arriving, he worked hard all day, very friendly and approachable, come home tonight and the house is super warm… they had also previously continued to service our old boiler, now in with the new, highly recommend this company!

Really speedy work! Everyone I've spoken too are polite and helpful, and my dripping kitchen tap was fixed in no time. Thanks!

Many thanks to Carl, Andy and Lauren for a timely and effective solution to our critical heating problems.
Highly recommended 👍

Very professional and punctual. In less than an hour they serviced the cylinder, fixed the flush button and also repaired the pipes in the sink that was leaking water.

The whole process was seamless. I booked a boiler service on Grand Union’s website a week in advance and received texts on the day to let me know when an engineer would be round.

Andy provided the boiler service and was really knowledgable and thorough. Would highly recommend!
