Recently ordered 2 x prints from Grange print when they arrived they were creased which spoilt it completely rang their customer services who asked for photo of damage they re printed them with no hassle at all. Very pleased with out new prints would use again.

I ordered two canvas and they are absolutely brilliant . Every part of the shopping experience was smooth and clear especially as there are so many different options!
I was especially pleased with the help of the creative designer Isabella Gabrielli who was extremely helpful and hands on with advise and portrayed a great customer service on behalf of the company!
The final products look amazing on my daughters wall!

Ordered a canvas print for my daughter's birthday. Though it was delayed due to covid-pandemic the customer service team responded very promptly when contacted and delivered the item by special delivery the very next day at no extra cost. Restored my faith in online shopping. The personalised canvas print is very good quality and exceptional value for money. The colours are reproduced exactly as ordered. Really pleased with the transaction overall

Excellent Quality. I order two canvases, created using pictures I took with my phone. I was unsure about how they would look on a canvas, but the quality of the finished product is top class. Would highly recommend to anyone looking pictures for their home. 10/10

I ordered 3 tshirts for my grandchildren in may, i was very understanding due to covid19 etc but when my numerous emails were being ignored I decided nearly 3 months down the line to send a recorded delivery letter to try get my order or a refund, a week later success! My tshirts arrived only to find 1 tshirt was correct the other 2 were not what I'd asked for plus was sent ages 3/4 instead of 2/3 I paid £9:95 each for tshirts that I asked for specific words on them & received tshirts I could have bought in my local supermarket for £4:95! The invoice actually has my correct orders on it with 1 tick next to the correct tshirt, the other 2 didn't so its obvious they knew they were wrong items! I'm so disappointed & fed up i can't be bothered to do anything about it now but I needed to write a review like this as I've never ever experienced lack of customer service like this! Absolute disgrace never use again!

I ordered the wooden heart keyring and had a picture of my 2 cats on it, when it arrived I was so pleased with it, great service and quick delivery.

Quick service. Checking image ensured a good quality outcome. Typography option was great, recipient loved it.
