The service I received from granite transformations was fabulous. Prompt reliable and friendly. The salesman Fred wasn’t pushy and guided me through the process. It was a pleasure dealing with Steve and Lisa and the fitters were amazing. So good to deal with a customer friendly company rather than a huge impersonal organisation. Thank you to everyone on the team.

(Mark will be back to fit the fridge door at a later date as still waiting for the door attachment kit from an online spare parts company that promised 4 week delivery and now looking more like 8 weeks).

The work was beautifully done. Each part of the process from pattern cutting to installing the worktop was carried out with incredible skill. My kitchen is transformed as a result.

We had cupboards, worktops and splashbacks and are delighted with the results. It looks just like we've had a complete new kitchen install. The fitters were brilliant, so polite, helpful and professional ensuring every detail was perfect. Would definitely recommend this company.

Overall good.
They turned up on time for each visit.
Easy to deal with for the sales and order.
Only small gripe , cooked hood did not get fitted during second visit, so a third visit was needed.
Pleased with the outcome , kitchen looks good.

Utter disgrace. I am an existing customer that has had the granite worktops and splashbacks done years ago and was really impressed by workmanship and quote etc, came out amd measured perfect...... HOWEVER we have just called them out to do kitchen door replacement and the woman who came knew nothing about her job, didnt measure; wasnt interested in how we wanted the kitchen done just so negative and oh we cant do that..... not impressed at all. Then she send a 15k quote to put us off. - if this was not the case then your prices are crazy high as others are quoting around 5k for exactly same job with same outcome - i will never use you again. anyone thinking of using this company beware or get a mortgage crazy quotes. Disgraceful

The entire job - work surface overlays and new sink - was completed within a very short time and looks beautiful. There was a small dent in the first sink they put in but a replacement was sent immediately. Very impressed with the whole team.
