Been dealing with the Granton people for the better part of a decade. Always enjoyed them. They always seem to be pleasent, enthusiastic and helpful. They take time to answer questions, address concerns and have a little friendly back and forth. I can honestly not think of anything I could recommend they do better.

Several times I have had the pleasure of interacting with their Customer Service Team, and yes - they are very bright and friendly They are also very well versed with their products, they offer practical solutions and share some very in-depth knowledge. That indicates two things to me ; Good corporate training and they have a high level of pride in what they do.

I had a brief encounter with the Customer Service Team. They were alert, responsive. They understood and respected what I was saying. They addressed my concerns, explained the challange and gave me some good advice. Throughout, they had these great big smiles on their face. I will remember those smiles long after I have forgotten my Customer Service issue.

I like the people, I like the energy. The Customer Service staff and very informative, personable. I have never had a single bad experience with the Granton team. Everyone seem helpful, dedicated to helping people.

I had an issue with one of Grantons Products, so I reached out to the Customer Care people. I expected an autobot and a slightly frustrating experience answering automated questionnaires, instead I was immediately assisted by a very pleasant young woman who took care to review the product and it's details and to suggest potential uses. Very pleasant very personable, the young woman was in no rush . Enjoyable experience.

Totally agree that the Customer Service Team at Granton is very friendly. I had to return a purchase and they were super positive about the entire experience. They helped me conclude the transaction in a matter of minutes and then - and here's the real catch - they then spent time with me chatting. For once, it wasn't all just about business, I wasn't a transaction, I was a person. That has value.

Just had an very positive interaction with some of the Staff. I have to echo the comments here, they are very young and bright and enthusiastic. Very helpful,very personable, the two girls took time to answer questions, show me how the products work and explained everything very clearly. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. They made my day. Kudos and well done.

The Sales Team members are very bright, young and professional. I interact with them often in our Dubai Offices. They're always very pleasent and personable. They seem enhusiatic and accommodating, I actually make a point of chatting with them whenever I have the opportunity.

Super positive interaction with the Customer Service Team. Those staff members are well trained and well motivated . They went out of their way to help me out, answered all my questions, gave me relevant explanations. Very personable , bright professional team. I have a higher regard for the Company as a whole after that . Well done.

I find the Granton Advertising staff to be very professional and friendly. They seem to be well informed and they always have time to answer my questions. I still enjoy speaking directly with people rather than dealing with automated Customer Service robots. They have that personal touch and that makes dealing with them a pleasure.

We worked with Granton to get our Workflows Orchestraded and get our staff actually using - and exploring- our new Air tools. They were ee professional, prompt, very warm with the staff and very approachable. Overall it was quantified as a success.

Purchased a Waterpark Promotion. The Sales Representatives were very polished very professional. I took the family out on Sunday , we had a blast and I saved a significant amount of money.
Looking forward to the next promotion.

Really genuinely nice People.
I have been a patron of Granton Advertising for years. Recently and singularly, I had a challange with one of their products. The response I recieved from the Customer Service representative was proactive and positive. A Senior Management VP even got involved personally, which I felt was touching , and my issue was rectified in less than 24 hours. I appreciate that. I will be a supporter Granton for a very very long time.

Very professional group. The employees are bright, personable and well informed, always a pleasure dealing with them. I have been interacting with Granton Advertising for over 10 years and I have never made a purchase that I regretted. Well worth a try.

Bright, happy professional sales people. I have been dealing with them on and off for a decade or so. They always have interesting promotions, and I have in several occasions made a purchase from them. The Packages offer good value for money and the customer Service support provided by Granton Advertising is excellent.
