Don't risk your money with these people! I ordered wine for £70 and it was supposed to be shipped by DHL. I never got anything: DHL said it was delivered and shared a photo of something that was not of my front door; in fact, it didn't even look similar (and not like any of my neighbours). When I mentioned that to Grapey by e-mail, they first responded quickly but tried to put the blame on me, and when they realized that wouldn't stick, they went completely quiet. Didn't respond to several (polite!) follow up messages (probably hoping that I would go away quietly). I also called them on the “customer service” number – 6 times (and during the hours stated on their website and e-mails), on different days over a week and at different times: it always went straight to a recorded message that said one should go to the website (where there is nothing about complaints). Maybe their business model is that they can sell cheaply because they do not honour their contracts or do customer service? So, unless you want to buy wine on a lottery basis (you may win and get your order, but you also may not and lose all), or want to go through the trouble of going to the small claims tribunal or make a claim with your credit card company you'd be better off going somewhere (almost anywhere) else.

If it seems to good to be true there is usually a reason and I have found that out the hard way by buying £600 worth of wine from Grapey in their Black Friday sale. I had not heard of them before but it all looked like a great offer. I had a few issues with delivery and customer service, but eventually it all arrived. The problem is the first three bottles of different wines (all supposedly high quality £30-£40 a bottle) were poor quality. One was corked and they can't be held responsible for that( but should replace/refund) but the other two were either past their best or possibly badly stored. I have tried 5 times to get a response from them to this and just get no answer at all. I would be extremely wary of buying from them - there are no names mentioned as to who is running it other than when you look up through the Gov.uk there is one person listed with the company and it has a different registered address to the one shown on the website. I am going to my bank to ask for a charge back and they can collect the wine as the quality is not what it should be and they will not respond.

Bought 6 bottles on the Black Friday event, was sceptical as I thought the deal can’t be this good and must be a scam, well I was wrong the wines arrrived promptly and are amazing, will 100% be ordering again

Have to admit I was skeptical at how cheap the prices were and thought it might not quite turn out as I hoped.
I was 100% wrong.
Paid stupidly cheap prices, Barolo, Amarone, Champagne, Grand Cru Bordeaux at easily the cheap prices in the UK.
Delivery turned up on exactly the date they said it would.
Definitely will use these again.

Fine wine, affordable prices. Nice offers every month. I will never buy buy anywhere else.
