Faulty item, sent videos etc so its clear to all there is a problem. They don't want to replace it so dragging their feet, probably hoping i will go away. Post sales support is terrible, be warned

I would of rated it 5 stars as the item delivery was quick the items ware safely packed just one thing when I got the order confirmation it said I can track it but when I tried to it didn't change untill after it arrived and it said item in transit when I actually had it in my hand apart from that great shop

Great customer service, I had a small problem with a product and after a couple of emails it was quickly sorted and they arranged that i was sent spares to replace broken parts and when they arrived they included a fantastic wee complimentary gift pack. Many thanks much appreciated.
