My jar of renewing moisturizing cream went bad and so I contacted Gratiae customer service. Chelsie responded quickly and was very helpful. After sending proof of purchase and photos of the defective item to her, she promptly approved and sent a replacement jar. I am very grateful for her help :)

I placed my order on-line but had an issue with overbilling. I called the company the next day and spoke with Chelsie. She was wonderful and promptly refunded my money. Love the products, love the company!

This is a high quality product that smells great and goes on light with great coverage. I love that it comes in a glass jar too. I hope more scents will be added to their line in the future.

I am so happy with all of the Gratiae products that I have purchased. Besides feeling very light on your face and body, your skin starts looking more radiant and young within a month. I especially love the Brightening Soin Blanc Target Spot Treatment. I have a skin condition called Melasma where I suffer from dark pigmentation. This product is amazing!! and organic. I can't forget to mention the customer service at Gratiae. It is excellent with products being shipped quickly and any questions being answered right away.

You look 5 years younger, the puffiness around your eyes goes away emigetly, draws out the waterbags under your eyes, gives a glow to your skin.

BRIGHTER EYES AFTER 3 DAYS
I did not believe it until i tried it but this works very well, i found that after the first application my eyes seemed brighter and over the next 3-4 days noticed a massive change, eyes seemed brighter and definitely plumper.

I have been using the GRANiAE Silky Body Butter for over 3 years.
I love the product. It is excellent for dry skin and the soft aroma (Passion Fruit & Lime) is lovely.
Wouldn't be without it. My husband has started using it as well and loves it

The products are definitely what I expected. The delivery was on time and quick, only mishap was the email notification that delivery was on it's way with the tracking number. I received notification of my package being shipped along with tracking number approximately 4 days after I received my package.

My first purchase was at the mall. I loved the products, so when I ran out I decided to buy online. My experience with customer service was not the best at the time, after letting them know I was contacted by a member of their team and she explained that they were in the process of improving their customer services. I was offered an apology, and a generous offer which I already received. I feel valued as a customer, and think that they are indeed interested in keeping their clients. I will buy again from Gratiae because I love their products.

These products are wonderful. I have used the body butter, the body bath/shower salts, the face moisturizers, the facial serum. I am sold on it all. I do not like to run out, because nothing matches the consistency and the great way my skin feels after using the products. 100% sold on Gratiae

So far I am very happy with the treatment I've received from the ladies at Gratiae in Georgia. They are more than happy to help and they truly go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. I really like my Replenishing eye cream I actually purchased two jars - didn't want to run out. I look forward to trying some of the samples so I can see what works and add another product from Gratiae to my skin care line. I use the salt rub and body butter on my face, and they have helped clear away much of the red acne I've had for several years. My face and hands are soooo soft and smooth now all the time. I LOVE it!

This product is fantastic-I cannot say enough good things about the body butter and scrub. The scents are scrumptious and packaging is beautiful! I gave sets to my closest friends for Christmas and they all are very pleased. I definitely will be a return customer for years to come.
