Poor advise poor service
12 yr old car failed for MOT on windscreen jets. Told major fail could not take car away despite being within existing MOT dates. Informed could take 2 weeks to get parts. All completely wrong and not factually correct.
Advise from 2nd garage resulted in taking car home, collection by 2nd garage and minor remedy to clear issue.

We are very sorry, it was never our intention to mislead and we have reviewed this issue to improve for future.
When trying to obtain parts for non Kia vehicles we are in the hands of third parties and were told there was a delay on the parts.

They offer first class attention whether it's taking the car in for service, MOT or car washing and both go over and above what's expected to ensure that Customers like me get the best possible service I can't recommend Gravells Abergavenny enough, thanks Andy and Kath

Great experience
No problem whatsoever in recommending Gravells Kia Abergavenny. Recently purchased a Kia Sorento and salesman Rhodri Chaplin was first class. Very friendly, no pressure , extremely knowledgeable and patient. A lovely modern showroom and James, the General Manager, has got it spot on. My wife enjoyed the free hot chocolate as well. They even put fuel in the tank. They go the extra mile in customer care.

Sportage in for a service
Sportage in for a service. Team was bang on time. Had a nice cup of drinking chocolate while I waited. Staff kept me updated as time went by. A couple of faults fixed and on my way in less than an hour and a half. Always a great service at Gravells Abergavenny. Thank you.

Great experience from Gravells, Abergavenny
We bought a new car from Gravells, Abergavenny. The staff were very helpful, approachable and not pushy at all. They were very knowledgable and they listened to our requirements. We were able to test drive a range of vehicles to help us decide our preference and the team also went to extra efforts to arrange for a specific car we were interested in, for us to test. In particular we received a great level of service from Laura and Andy. We were very happy with our experience.

Very friendly and welcoming
Very friendly and welcoming + Free Hot Drinks have been coming here for nearly 2 years + Car wash ONLY £1, Yes ONLY £1 and a nice cuppa while you wait Approx 20 Mins. Got a good deal on my first Kia.

I took mine and my sons car to the gravells garage in abergavenny/Llanfoist for our mot.
They were very friendly and professional.
They contacted me as soon as they had been done to let me know they both passed.
Amazing service for £40 they even wash your car before you collect it, definitely recommend and will always go back there for our mot's.
