We recently purchased a vehicle from Kidwelly branch of Gravells. I just wanted to say we received top quality service. Oliver the sales man was second to none, if all salespeople were like him you should have no worries about selling cars. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and kind. He gave helpful information about transitioning from a petrol to an electric vehicle. We were able to get things prepared in advance due to this information. Da Iawn!!! Well done !!!

Exceptional dealership and customer service
After visiting a local dealerships and test driving a Renault Megane we were set on the car, however not so taken by the dealerships. Previously having a Kia and dealing with Gravells Abergavenny, I think we had been spoilt and expected the same great experience. When we found a Gravells in Kidwelly that also specialised in Renault we deemed the longer journey to the dealership well worth it! And it was. Professional and excellent customer service.
Response to initial new car enquiry was speedy, ongoing contact with Karl showed a commitment towards customer service and communication, even responding on his day off, and made the process of ordering and purchasing amazingly painless. The car was delivered and prepared well within time. Karl spent some time acquainting me with the controls and options the car offers, and made it clear I could return at any time to clarify any queries. A really excellent and supportive experience. Would highly recommend Gravells.

My wife and I have bought 5 new cars from Gravells of Kidwelly ,the most recent collected on the 1st March 2025.
The reason we return is because of the customer service and after sales service we receive .Our Sales manager in Emyr Bowen
Emyr is always polite and courteous and very informative about the technicalities aspects of new cars
Emyr always greets us with a smile.
The service we receive from Gravells and in particular Emyr is always 10 out of 10

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Gravells when I recently part exchanged my car.
The sales executive, Karl Goble was very helpful in helping me select a car that was suitable for my needs.
Karl even agreed to meet me on his day off as I had to cancel a previous meeting with him.
